This year, the Student Council has undergone structural reforms in order to pivot towards launching more HoHC-led, non-budgetary initiatives aimed at improving student life at SIS in a variety of ways, from enhancing access to study resources for IGCSE and IB students to running weekly clubs and increasing opportunities for lower year students to get involved in council activities.

Our Aim

We strive to improve student welfare and create a more enriching school experience for all members of our SIS community 

What work do we do? 

We work towards fostering a strong support network between students across all year groups through our individual house platforms that help improve engagement in social activities. Additionally, we ensure that the wishes and opinions of students are effectively communicated to the school leadership team.
