For this particular Learning Outcome it's not necessary to take screenshots along the way unless you would like to show the Tutor your work
In a browser, ideally Google Chrome, type:
sites.google.com
Set up a new account if you don't have one already
Click the large + (Blank) website
4. Type the Heading of the assessment
5. Change the font size to at least 36
6. Click on Untitled Site
7. Add your Ful name and Date
7. If your name and date don't fit, add them below the Heading of the page
8. Look for and click on Header Type
9. Choose Title only
10. Open Microsoft Excel (from the Start Menu)
11. Select Blank workbook
12. Create this spreadsheet
13. Choose 5 Learning Outcomes that you remember and give some feedback about it (what did I like)
14. Save the file, somewhere you'll remember it with a filename at least 4 words with spaces
15. Go to another browser tab
16. Type in drive.google.com
17. Create a New folder
18. Type the name of the folder
19. Click Create
20. Double-click on the new folder
21. Right-click anywhere on the page
22. Select File upload
23. Find the Excel file you just saved
23a. Select the vertical . . .Â
23b. Share
23c. Share
23d. Underneath General access, selec the drop-down menu
23e. Select Anyone with the link
23f. Press Done
24. Watch in the bottom-right corner of the screen that your file has been uploaded
25. Right-click on the file
26. Double-tap the left-mouse-button anywhere on the white part of the screen
27. Select From Drive
28. Double-left-click the folder you created
29. Double-left-click the file in the folder
30. Enlarge the embedded spreadsheet using the blue buttons so it appears full screen
31. In the top-right corner of the screen, press the Publish button
32. Make the web address your full name and date with a hyphen
33. Press Publish
34. Press the arrow next to the Publish button
35. Select View published site
35a. If you make many changes and it's your own site (in another project, it's a good idea to turn off the Editors must review changes before publishing check box [lower right])
36. Copy the full URL
37. Email to your Tutor
38. Take a screenshot of your spreadsheet embedded in your Google Site
39. Make a few changes to your spreadsheet (ideally the spreadsheet is online, either Google Sheets or Excel saved in your OneDrive
40. Retake a screenshot showing the difference to the 'information system'
