Creating a backup in Windows Server 2019 can be done using the Windows Server Backup feature. This feature may need to be added through the Server Manager if it's not already installed
Install Windows Server Backup:
Open the Server Manager dashboard.
Click on Add roles and features.
Proceed through the wizard until you reach the Features section.
Check Windows Server Backup.
Click Next and then Install.
Open Windows Server Backup (it's at the bottom of the list), from the Tools menu in Server Manager or search for it in the start menu.
2. Schedule a Backup:
In the right Actions panel, click on Backup Schedule to set up a regular backup routine. This wizard will allow you to choose what to backup, when to backup, and where to save the backups.
You can also choose Backup Once if you just want to perform a one-time backup instead of setting a schedule.
3. Select the time of day, generally it's good to do it during the middle of the night when your time zone is sleeping.

4. Select Backup Configuration:
Choose either Full server (recommended) to backup all server data, or Custom to select specific volumes, folders, or files.

5. Specify Destination Type:
Choose where you want to store the backup. You can backup to a hard disk, a dedicated backup drive, or a remote shared folder.
For this assessment, unless you have your own computer and external hard drive, then you will have to select Back up to a shared network folder
If you're backing up to a disk, you'll need to format the disk and dedicate it to backups for that server.
