Fabric kevlar vest that Hilltop has notably used throughout its lifetime. Its better than nothing. Allows the user to have the Kevlar Vest on their customs. This vest is a SPL 2 armor vest.

ELCH Helmet formally utilized by the USRF, which has fallen into the hands of Hilltop Group. Its a better choice than nothing, but it is usually preferred by operatives to wear caps. Allows the user to equip the ELCH on their character. This helmet is a SPL 2 combat helmet.
