TIER 1 | Medical Role
Combat Lifesavers are USRF servicemembers who have received additional medical training to assess, stabilize, and manage injuries that fall beyond the basic medical knowledge each Cadet is taught in Basic Reclamation Training. When NEU forces face injury and impending death on the battlefield, it is the job of a Combat Lifesaver to keep the wounded alive until they can be transported to proper medical facilities for more advanced treatment. When not administering lifesaving first aid, they also provide additional firepower as riflemen.

Reclamation Navy Corpsmen are medically trained servicemembers who are attached to land-based units during deployments to supervise field care and injury. They are tasked with advanced medical aid during combat situations and are responsible for dealing with any wounds that Combat Lifesavers have not immediately treated and/or providing further medical assistance to increase the patient's survivability. Depending on the situation, Corpsmen are either attached to a patrol or remain within a Navy field hospital, where they remain prepared to process and treat any wounded servicemembers evacuated to the field hospital.

If a wound is extremely critical, a serviceman will more than likely be pushed forward towards a Surgeon for proper treatment. As the name implies, Surgeons typically safely operate within of the confines of Black Mountain to treat very serious wounds that require intense medical procedures and instruments. Surgeons are rarely deployed in the field due to their valuable skills and ability to use specialized medical equipment against heavily wounded servicemembers. Cases of Surgeons leaving the safety of BMC are few and far in between, usually only authorized by higher ranking officers of their unit.
