TIER 4 | Field Leadership Role
Squad Leaders are responsible for leading usually either a Hunt or a Section of USRF troops, typically having much more experience under their belt than your average USRF soldier. Squad Leaders have routinely demonstrated the ability to remain calm and keep control of the personnel under their command, even under high-intensity, high-stress situations.

TIER 4 | Field Leadership Role
Field Officers are responsible for keeping command and control over lower-ranking members of the USRF. Having a greater amount of leadership qualities and experience compared to other forms of leadership underneath them, Field Officers are required to maintain a level of order and professionalism between the lower ranks and keep unit morale high.

TIER 4 | Field Leadership Role
Medical Officers are highly skilled medical professionals interwoven into the USRF command structure who also have a military background and demonstrate superb leadership qualities. These officers oversee the Black Mountain Complex's Medical Bay, along with the managing of both patients and staff to make sure everyone is treated accordingly. When deployed in the field, they are also responsible for coordinating medical efforts during and after contact with the enemy.

TIER 4 | Field Leadership Role
Naval Officers are individuals who are specialized in naval warfare, naval logistics and the maintenance and care of the Reclamation Navy's ships. Other than planning and executing offshore combat support and naval infiltrations, their main goal in the Lake Erie region is escorting vulnerable convoys due to the constant threat posed by piracy, so it is quite common to see Naval Officers coordinating their convoy escort duties with the base's own logisticians and commanders to ensure all convoys safely make it to and from their destination.

TIER 4 | Field Leadership Role
Technical Officers are responsible for the maintenance of vehicles and overseeing operations with regards to the USRF's motorized and mechanized capabilities. They possess great expertise in highly mobile motorized and mechanized warfare doctrine, using vehicles to gain a tactical advantage in the field. Furthermore, they intimately know both their vehicles' advantages and disadvantages, conducting operations in both offensive and support roles, which may prove critical in scenarios that require a highly mobile assault or a quick and reactive defense.

TIER 5 | Field Leadership Role
Military Advisors are high-ranking officers within the USRF who contain extensive military knowledge, experience and backgrounds. Usually, former Field Officers with a lot of battle knowledge under their belt, these advisors are instrumental to help train forces in the region who are allied with the USRF. Working closely with other factions, Military Advisors help instruct rigorous training and teach combat tactics in order to brush their allies up to USRF levels of battle readiness and preparedness.

TIER 5 | Field Leadership Role
Commanders are at the very top of the USRF's rank hierarchy, being directly responsible for the command-and-control of entire USRF units by planning, coordinating, supervising and organizing USRF forces under their command, along with the planning of and execution of orders. They can be organized to lead different Sections of any particular garrison, take on various administrative roles or oversee the logistics, in short, they are the brain of the local USRF force, relaying most of their orders and wills through officers, which will then disseminate this information to the lower ranks.
