The USRF is home to a plethora of jobs, and not all of them are military. Some NEU civilians serve in the USRF to perform administrative duties, while others work as contractors in international USRF bases.
These servicemen make up the backbone of all USRF fighting forces. Anything from your average Rifleman to the more specialized Grenadiers can be classified under this tag. They are found in every USRF formation, from small Sections to entire Divisions.
Medical servicemembers are concerned with the triage and treatment of casualties in the field. They are considered to be most important and invaluable to all USRF field operations across the board.
Marksmen are always present but rarely seen. They use the terrain to their advantage and learn how to navigate the rough wastelands to provide overwatch for other USRF elements.
They say that an army marches on its stomach. That much is certainly true for the USRF, which has suffered colossal casualties in the past because of horrible logistics networks. The Administration branch is concerned with all things supplies.
Organization and mobilization are key, and when communication across the non-patriated wastes of America and its now misaligned states is required combat support is there to provide. Commonly seen as sappers or comms specs, they make sure things get from point A to point B.
When grunts and citizens step out of line, it's these select few who come into play. Acting as Military Police or Civilian Police, the Central Security Bureau steps up. Either by enforcing the brutal Reclamation Codex on the servicemen, or the laws of the Northeastern Union on the Frontiersmen. Or ensuring the servicemen don't attempt to remove the regime.
Someone has to keep everyone in check and under wraps, and that's what field leadership's job is exactly. Guiding and leading grunts from all walks of life across all sorts of frontiers toward greatness.
