The CSB is the most recent arrival to the Black Mountain Complex. They are tasked with keeping the USRF in check, and ensuring that the rules of war are followed. Furthermore, they will do anything they can to ensure every service member's compliance with the Regime. On Sunrise, there are both Military Police and the dreaded External Security Service. They are here to stay.

The Hilltop Group was infamous for its exploits on the battlefield, doing all the dirty work that the previous Regime dared not do. At their peak, they spanned from Cuba to the Arctic. Now, after the 2164 Constitutional Crisis, they have been outlawed. The Hilltop Group's main priority now is to survive on Sunrise, and with them being striking a small deal with the Lakeside Division, war is on the horizon.
