They've got some experience under their belt and know their way around the battlefield. This role serves as a backbone to the NEU's Armed Forces.

A bit smarter than your average Cadet, these people have proven themselves in the line of duty worthy of a pay raise and responsibility jump. 

Seasoned veterans of the field, they know their way around the USRF's strict guidelines and every inch of the battlefield. Most Cadets who earn the title CFC are on their way to becoming the next of Field Leadership for those beneath them.

Similar to the Cadet but proficient in naval operations, these servicemen have shown their maritime capabilities and as such hold the rank of private.

These Privates have a bit more knowledge on the unique turbulent waters near the Union and abroad. Just a step above a regular Marine.

Trusted members of the Reclamation Navy, the servicemen who hold the rank of Lance Corporal are experts on the waters and are well on their way to the first rank of leadership.

Akin to a Cadet but a little more outside the box. These grunts have found themselves coming from just about everywhere except the Northeast Union and are ready to fight for a chance at a better life.

Those who fall under the Foreign Legion Initiative and have proven themselves beyond their peers to their commanders and have completed  the first step in what many legionnaires call the 'Proving Grounds.' Its the second step of many on ones journey to becoming an official citizen of the union

Legionnaires that have proven their worth to their superiors in being a key asset to the Foreign Legion. They are the chosen few that have a chance to become a Brigadier. 

The entry level position for the Central Security Bureau, all its current members are Officers just at different levels. They may come from a plethora of backgrounds depending on subgroup.

Once hailing from a diverse set of backgrounds. The remaining Hilltop operatives of the former mercenary group are a mix of former mercenaries and felons now trapped on the Sunrise Isles, learning to set their differences aside to ensure their mutual survival.
