Janitorial staff are responsible for cleaning all of the Black Mountain's interior floors, as well as the many engineering ducts that are normally restricted to most residents and civilians in Black Mountain. While a tiring job, the high demand for keeping Black Mountain clean means that this job is almost always open and pays decently well compared to many occupations out in the wasteland.

Culinary specialists are tasked to prepare meals for both the residents and the USRF force stationed in Black Mountain, and are typically found working in the bunker's cafeteria. There, culinary specialists combine a mixture of both NEU and wasteland supplied ingredients to make delectable food for all within the bunker.

Comprising of engineers, programmers, and other laborers, work contractors operate within the confines of Black Mountain, helping with upkeep and making sure the bunker is operating at peak efficiency.

TIER 3 | Civilian Workers Role
War correspondents are press- both those local to the Sunrise Islands and from the NEU, who document the happenings of the world to share with others. Many war correspondents are typically found documenting the USRF's progress towards taking the islands, with some going to extreme scrutiny to document the crimes that the USRF may intentionally commit or not.
