There is also a rum-infused version of this beer: the brewer macerated oak chips and vanilla in brown rum during  4 months and added the filtered rum during bottling.

'Hoelle' means coal in our local dialect (Diesters). This quadrupel is dark amber with a  creamy beige head. Aromas of coffee and chocolate, complex flavors, a nice balance between bitter and sweet , a hint of vanilla and oak and a long, warm aftertaste.
