Constellation Virgo is the WOMAN in Revelation 1:1-17!
***What Does Revelation 12:4 TRULY mean?
Here is Revelation 12:4 from the KJV. “And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.”
There are FOUR main questions that are actually two-part questions.
And these four two-part opposing questions are causing controversy regarding this verse of Scripture in Revelation 12:4.
Let me show you the questions first, and then we will delve into the study in God’s word.
Two-part Question #1.
WHEN did the Dragon draw the stars from heaven?
In other words, did Lucifer draws one third of the stars from heaven during the PREVIOUS age of the earth?
Or does it seem as if Revelation 12:4 is saying that Satan drew one third of the stars from heaven in the near FUTURE and cast them to the ground?
Two-part Question #2.
Who or what are the STARS?
In other words, are the stars the LITERAL stars in the CONSTELLATIONS that are in heaven?
Or are the stars symbolically referring to the angels?
Two-part Question #3.
Is the woman in verse 4 the SAME woman in Revelation 12:1?
In other words, the woman in verse 4 definitely appears to be the virgin Mary, but WHO is the woman in Revelation 12:1?
Or is the woman in verse 1 the SAME woman in Revelation 12:4 or a DIFFERENT woman?
Two-part Question #4.
WHO is the WOMAN in Revelation 12:6-17?
In other words, the woman in verse 4 definitely appears to be unsaved Israel during the 3 and one half years of the great tribulation.
So, is this the SAME woman in Revelation 12:1 or a DIFFERENT woman?
This Verse Study is part 4 of a series of studies showing the errors of interpretation made by the YEC Christians who DENY that there was a PREVIOUS AGE of the earth BEFORE God created Adam.
The YEC Christians are the Young Earth Creationist Christians who dogmatically insist that Almighty God created the entire universe in six LITERAL 24 hours days, which is 144 LITERAL HOURS for the ENTIRE universe to be created!
In other words, the YEC Christians do NOT believe in any other interpretation of Genesis 1:1-31 except for a STRICT LITERAL understanding!
And that is the number one ERROR made by the YEC Christians.
For you see, the Bible is filled with symbolic meanings in literally every book of the Bible.

The Son of God Was Manifested to DESTROY the Dragon!
In part 1 called Revelation 12:4 The Woman TRAVAILED on PAIN to be Delivered!, we focused on the woman being Israel, the Virgin Mary, and the church.
And here in part 2, we will focus on Jesus being born for the purpose of being made a King over the earth in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen Elohim.
For you see, according the John 18:37, Matthew 2:1,2, and the prophecies in Genesis 49:8-12 and Isaiah 9:6,7, one of the many reasons for why Jesus was BORN was for the purpose to be made the King of the Jews.
Also, the constellation Virgo is the only the constellation of a WOMAN.
Before we begin this study on the STARS of heaven telling the message of the gospel of salvation, let me make it perfectly clear that I do NOT believe in “Astrology”.
In other words, I do NOT believe that any person, especially any Christian, should consult the stars for guidance.
And by guidance, I mean spiritual guidance and what to do and not to do.
So, looking at the north star to guide a person from being lost is not a sin.
But to believe and trust in fortune telling in the stars is of the enemy Satan and NOT of Almighty God, according to Isaiah 47:10-15.
Let us go ahead and read that passage of Scripture.
Isaiah 47:10-15.
“For you (Speaking of the world system of Satan, the children of the Devil, the virgin daughter of Babylon, the daughter of the Chaldeans being cast down to the ground in verse 1. You) have trusted in your wickedness: you have said, None sees me. Your wisdom and your knowledge, it has PERVERTED you; and you have said in your heart, I am, and none else beside me.
Isaiah 47:11. Therefore, shall evil come upon you; you shall not know from whence it rises: and mischief shall fall upon you; you shall not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon you suddenly, which you shall not know.
Isaiah 47:12. Stand now with your enchantments, and with the multitude of your sorceries, wherein you have labored from your youth; if so be you shalk be able to profit, if so be you may prevail.
Isaiah 47:13. You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save you from these things that shall come upon you.
Isaiah 47:14, Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.
Isaiah 47:15. Thus shall they be unto you with whom you have labored, even you merchants, from your youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save you.”
With that being said, let us read Psalm 147:4, which gives us a clue that God appointed or ordained the stars to be grouped in numbers and He himself NAMED these constellations.
Psalm 147:4.
“He TELLS the NUMBER of the stars; He calls them all by their NAMES.”
Now, I see four ways in which God TELLS the number of the stars.
#1. The obvious way is the total numerical number of the literal stars in the universe.
#2. The symbolic way is the numerical number of the angels who are the children of God or the sons of God
#3. The symbolic meaning of humans becoming the eternal children of God at the coming of Jesus, and also at the end of the Millennial reign of Jesus at the third harvest.
#4. The appointing the number of the literal stars in groups of clusters of stars called the constellations.
There are 12 main clusters of stars called houses, also known today as the Zodiac.
And it is believed by some that God NAMED each of the constellations to tell a story of His Messiah.
All of the constellations except for Virgo are creatures or animals.
Now, I find it interesting the Adam NAMED the animals, according to Genesis 2:19,20.
And in Genesis 3:8, we also learn that Adam and Eve talked with God and God walked and talked with them in the Garden in COOL of the DAY.
This could be speaking of daytime with a cool breeze blowing.
Or this could be speaking of the 12 hours of a DAY that are at NIGHT, when it literally COOLS down and the STARS can be clearly seen.
My point is that it is feasibly possible that God taught the stories of a coming King by PICTURES in the STARS.
And these stories in the stars were handed down from generation to generation from Adam to Moses.
And even unto this day the PICTURES in the stars are the SAME, but the stories vary from nation to nation.
Here is a link to a picture of the Jewish Mazzaroth, which is what the world calls the Zodiac.
This is just the one constellation of Leo so that you can see some of the names of the stars.
Obviously, one pictures the lion in their mind as they recall the story that was handed down to them from generation to generation.
And here is a 41 minute video that gives a quick overview of the 12 signs of the Mazzaroth that tells the gospel from the birth of Jesus to his coming as the King.
What I want to focus upon is HOW the constellations tell the story of the TAIL of the dragon drawing 0ne third of the STARS.

The emphasis in the quote below is mine.
Who is the Serpent in the Mazzaroth
The “serpent” mentioned in Job 26:13 is one of the leading characters noted in Job’s Mazzaroth (Zodiac).
The various constellations that refer to the serpent are: See List of Scriptures on Stars & Constellations The Biblical view of the Zodiac & Constellations.
Draco – a dragon curled around the northern polar star and whose tail covers a third of the circle of the heavens.
Cetus – the Leviathan or sea dragon.
Scorpio – the seed of the serpent.
Hydra – the many-headed dragon, whose tail also covers a third of the ecliptic path of the sun.
Now, to me, it is NOT a so-called coincidence that the Almighty God told the Apostle John to write down what is saw up in heaven, which is translated as a WONDER in heaven.
Revelation 12:1-5.
“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; (Or there appeared a great SIGN in heaven) a woman CLOTHED with the SUN, (This can mean the sun passing through this constellation all around the woman each time the sun passes through) and the moon under her feet, (Now this is pretty specific, the moon UNDER or beneath her feet means that the moon is in that specific location) and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: (However, this phrase can mean AGAINST her head is a crown of twelve stars.
It can mean above her head, toward her head, and with her head.
And when you consider those possible meanings, the question arises, “WHO is the head of the WOMAN?”
We know that Jesus is the HEAD of the church, which is depicted as a WOMAN.
Therefore, the twelve stars could be AGAINST Leo, which symbolizes Jesus being set as God’s King)
Revelation 12:2. And she, being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. (Now, to me, the CONTEXT of this SIGN which John saw in heaven is John looking into the PAST.
For you see, the BIRTH of Jesus had already happened and so has the cross and resurrection.
So then, to me, all of the hype that this SIGN is so RARE that it over happens every 7,000 years is just that, it is all HYPE)
Revelation 12:3. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; (Or there appeared another SIGN in heaven) and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Revelation 12:4. And his TAIL drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
Revelation 12:5. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”
Now, all Chirstians agree that this man child is Jesus and the dragon is Satan who influenced Herod to kill all of the Hebrew children under two years old.
Therefore, if these SIGNS in heaven are indeed the SIGNS in the sun, moon and the stars as prophesied in Genesis 1:14. Then what John saw had already PAST.
In other words, John saw two signs of two PAST events.
Now, the SIGN itself could have appeared at the foundation of the world and was fulfilled some 4,000 years later at the Virgin birth of Jesus.
And then, one or both of these SAME signs will appear AGAIN at the time Satan and his angels are cast down to the ground.
That is certainly possible seeing that there are what Bible scholars called DUAL fulfillments of prophecy.
This concludes this Verse Study on the series of Verses Studies that began with Genesis 1:14-19.
And in part 1, we started with God’s word teaching us that the sun, moon, and stars are FOR SIGNS!
And we concluding that they were SIGNS pointing to the TRUE worship of the SUN of RIGHTEOUSNESS and the FALSE worship of Satan, the moon god, and the worshiping of the stars as being the worshiping of the fallen angels.
So then, this Verse Study on Revelation 12:4 again shows the ERRORS of interpretation make by the YEC Christians who TRY to support their wrong belief that the entire universe was created just 6,000 years ago is SIX literal days due to their strict view of a LITERAL translation ONLY is acceptable.
For you see, the entire Bible is filled with hidden prophecies, types, shadows, figures of Jesus, and lots of SYMBOLISM.
Thus, to INSIST the Genesis 1:1-31 must be interpreted LITERALLY is an ERROR on the part of the YEC Christians.

For you see, God chose to use a MAN that He Created to be His NEW King over the earth in order the JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
Now, some Trintarian Christians my argue and dogmatically insist that God the Son BECAME flesh, but yet, there are absolutely no prophecies of a God the Son becoming flesh.
Therefore, to me, Trinitarianism is a FALSE WITNESS of God and His Son, Jesus.
So I implore you to dare to test your faith if you are a Trinitarian Christian by reading the following studies.

And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
