The Son of Man, Jesus, is the MAN Approved of God!

Part One!

The Son of MAN Was MADE Lord AFTER the Cross And Resurrection!

Let us begin part 1 of a series of studies on the TRUE Jesus, according to what the Bible itself ACTUALLY teaches us in simplicity.

Now, Orthodox Church TRADITION teaches that Almighty God the Father sent down His divine Son from heaven to be incarnated in the flesh to be the Savior of the world.

But what does the Bible ITSELF actually teach us in the light of the whole word of Almighty God?

Let us now read Acts 2:22-36 so that you can see that the God of Jesus MADE His HUMAN Son to become a Lord to join his God and Father to be seated on the Father’s throne for 1000 years during the world to come.

We will read one verse at a time, and then I will explain each verse by pointing out different things that some Christians simply read right over without noticing what the verses of Scripture are actually saying.

Acts 2:22.

“You men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a MAN approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as you yourselves also know:”

The Apostle Peter is preaching the very first gospel message right after being filled with the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost.

The gospel was first preached to the Jews and Peter boldly says to them and to us, HEAR these words!

Jesus of Nazareth was a MAN who was approved of God.

Notice that the Bible does not say that the Son of God was approved of God.

But rather, the focus of the Scriptures is on the HUMAN Son of God being approved by his God and Father.

Also, notice that it was Almighty God who was doing the miracles through the Son of MAN.

Acts 2:23.

“ Him, (Speaking of the Son of MAN, Jesus) being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:”

Here in verse 23, we see that it was ORDAINED by God decreeing through the prophecies in the Scriptures that the Messiah would be crucified as the Lamb slain before the foundation of this present world.

Acts 2:24.

“Whom God has raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.”

Here in verse 24, we see that the God of Jesus raised him from the dead.

And thus, the sting of the pains of death could not keep the soul of Jesus in hell, because God promised to do what He said he would do.

In other words, what God prophesied in His word, He will PERFORM it and make sure that every PROPHECY is FULFILLED just as it is prophesied in the Scriptures.

Acts 2:25. For David speaks concerning him, (Or David PROPHESIED concerning the Messiah, Jesus, saying to his God, Yahweh) I (Jesus) foresaw the Lord (Yahweh) always before my face, for He is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:”

Or more correctly understood, He is my right hand, as in, Yahweh HELD the right hand of His human Son, Jesus, according to Psalm 139:10, and Isaiah 41:13.

Acts 2:26.

“Therefore, did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:”

This verse is a continuation of the prophecy of Jesus that was prophesied by King David.

Thus, Jesus repeated this prophecy to his God and Father in prayer.

In other words, the heart of Jesus rejoiced, the tongue of Jesus was glad. And Jesus rested in the hope of the resurrection of his body of flesh.

Acts 2:27.

“Because You will not leave my soul in hell, neither will You suffer Your Holy One to see corruption.”

Peter is quoting Psalm 16:10, but also referring to other prophecies such as Psalm 49:15, Psalm 86:13, and Psalm 89:48, which are all prophecies from God that promise the Messiah that God will not leave the Messiah’s soul in hell.

Notice in the next verse that Peter is quoting another prophecy of Jesus in Psalm 16:11, Psalm 17:15, and Psalm 21:4-6, where God makes known to the Son of MAN, Jesus, through the SCRIPTURES the way to eternal life and his being exalted to be seated on his God’s throne at His right hand.

Acts 2:28.

“You have made known to me the ways of life; You shall MAKE me full of joy with Your countenance.”

Again, the prophecies I just referred to above teach us about Jesus being glorified with the countenance of Almighty God that made the Son of MAN, Jesus, full of joy.

But we also see in Hebrews 12:2 that God set this joy before Jesus as his reward, if he overcame the enemy to endure the cross, then God would grant him to be seated on His throne, according to Revelation 3:21.

Acts 2:29.

“Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulcher is with us unto this day.”

In other words, let me make myself perfectly clear by saying that God did not raise King David from the dead.

Acts 2:30.

“Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, He would raise up Christ to sit on His throne;”

Here in this verse, the Apostle Peter is teaching us that the Psalms that King David wrote are not about himself.

But rather, the Psalms that David wrote are PROPHECIES of Jesus.

And thus, Psalm 110:1 is like a vision that God gave to King David where he sees the future Messiah being seated on the right hand of Almighty God on Yahweh's throne.

Acts 2:31.

“He, seeing this before, spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, nor did his flesh see corruption.”

Here in this verse, we see Peter quoting Psalm 16:10,11, which is one of several PROPHECIES of the resurrection of Jesus.

Acts 2:32.

“This Jesus has God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.”

Here in this verse, Peter is teaching us about the forty days that Jesus showed himself alive by many infallible proofs, according to Acts 1:3.

The Apostles and disciples of Jesus were EYEWITNESSES of his new glorified immortal body of flesh that will never die again, according to Luke 24:39 and Revelation 1:8.

And, according to Acts 1:9, they witnessed Jesus ASCENDING into heaven.

Acts 2:33.

“Therefore, being by the right hand of God EXALTED, and having RECEIVED of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he has shed forth this, which you now see and hear.”

Before the cross, Jesus taught his disciples that he was going to leave and go to the Father.

And after the cross and resurrection, the now glorified Son of MAN, Jesus, descended back down to the earth that same evening that he ascended into heaven on the morning that God raised him from the dead.

And for forty days Jesus expounded the Scriptures and how God gave him all power and authority to give the anointing of the Holy Spirit to those who believe in him as their Lord and Savior.

And Peter is telling the unsaved Jews that what they were seeing and hearing is the baptism of the Holy Spirit that was prophesied in the Scriptures.

Acts 2:34.

“For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he said himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit you on My right hand,”

In other words, come and JOIN Me on MY throne to SIT at My right hand as My Lord to rule over the earth for 1000 years.

Acts 2:35.

“ UNTIL I make your foes your footstool.”

And this is the verse that some Christians simply read right over without truly considering that Jesus will rule only over the earth and not the entire universe.

And neither they do not truly consider that Jesus will rule only for 1000 years during the world to come.

Nor do they truly consider that it will be Almighty God, the God of Jesus, who will be doing the work of putting all of the enemies under the feet of Jesus.

But this is not the ONLY verse of Scripture that some Christians read right over without truly considering what the Bible ITSELF is actually teaching us.

In other words, there are many other verses that teach us the same as Acts 2:34,35 teaches, such as 1 Corinthians 15:25, Psalm 110:1-4, Matthew 22:44, Mark 12:36, Luke 20:42,43, Hebrews 1:13, and Hebrews 10:12,13.

Acts 2:36.

“Therefore, let all the house of Israel KNOW ASSUREDLY, that God has MADE that same Jesus, (The MAN approved of God) whom you have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

The word “therefore” means for this very REASON!

So then, for this very reason of all these PROPHECIES of Jesus being SEATED on God’s throne at His right hand, then KNOW ASSUREDLY that Almighty God, Himself, has MADE the Son of MAN, Jesus, the MAN APPROVED of God by all of the miracles that God did through him, the man that you crucified, both Lord and Christ.

So then, clearly, the Bible itself teaches us that the God of Jesus MADE the Son of MAN, Jesus, to BECOME a Lord under and subject to THE LORD who created him.

And the Bible also clearly teaches us that Jesus will ONLY reign for 1000 years, UNTIL Yahweh subdues all His enemies in the world to come to be under the feet of His Messiah and Lord, the HIGHLY EXALTED Son of MAN, Jesus.

And this is just the FIRST gospel message that clearly teaches us that a MAN became a God under and subject to his God.

But yet, church TRADITION has been DECEIVED by Satan to wrongly teach that Almighty God BECAME flesh and remained the fully Almighty God having TWO NATURES at the SAME time, DURING the days of his FLESH, one Divine and one human.

Here is a quote from another website telling us what took place at the church council at Chalcedon in 451 AD and what the controversy among Christians was all about.

“The Council of Chalcedon was called in 451 CE by the Roman Emperor Marcian (r. 450-457) to settle debates regarding the nature (hypostases, "reality") of Christ that had begun at two earlier meetings in Ephesus (431 CE and 439 CE).

The question was whether Christ was human or divine, a man who became God (through the resurrection and ascension) or God who became a man (through the incarnation, "taking on flesh"), and how his humanity and divinity affected his essence and being, if at all.”

In other words, ALL Christians at that time in history agreed that Jesus was DEITY or had a divine NATURE.

But the question or DEBATE was HOW was Jesus Deity? When was Jesus Deity?

And did the Son of man, Jesus, become a deity after the cross and resurrection?

Or did a pre-existing God become a man who remained fully God during the days of his flesh having BOTH natures at the SAME time, one Divine and one human, DURING the days of his FLESH?

As for me and my house, we choose to believe the DOCTRINE of the Apostles of Jesus, who were EYEWITNESSES.

And the evidence in the Scriptures is overwhelmingly supporting the TRUTH that a MAN was HIGHLY EXALTED to become an Elohim for the purpose of JUDGING the fallen Elohim, Satan and the fallen angels.

Let us continue reading Acts 2:37-42, because 3,000 souls were saved when they heard THIS gospel message.

Act 2:37.

“Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?”

Act 2:38.

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

Act 2:39.

“For the PROMISE is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”

Act 2:40.

“And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.”

Act 2:41.

“Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.”

Act 2:42.

“And they continued steadfastly in the Apostles’ DOCTRINE and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”

This conconcludes part one of this series of videos on the TRUE gospel message, which is the Apostles’ DOCTRINE!

And as for me, I am going to continue steadfastly in the DOCTRINE of the Apostle, who were the EYEWITNESSES of Jesus!

Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
