Book 12 Chapter 1.

Every Church Denomination Has Some False Doctrines!

Pretty much, every Christian knows and understands that their church denomination is not the only church denomination in the world.

And some Christians are aware that there are around 45,000 different Christian church denominations.

Now, I do not know if you have ever considered that this consequently means that there are some 45,000 different beliefs concerning church doctrines that are not agreed upon by Christians.

In other words, one single church doctrine can have many different ways for that particular doctrine to be understood.

Thus, the church has divided into all of these different church denominations due to the differences on how each group of Christians interpret the Scriptures.

So then, Revelation 12:9 is teaching us that Satan has DECEIVED the whole world, and this includes the whole church being deceived as well.

Let us read Revelation 12:9 before we delve into why God has ALLOWED Satan to deceive the whole world, including deceiving the whole church in some areas of church doctrine.

Revelation 12:9.

“And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which DECEIVES the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

What I mean by Satan deceiving the WHOLE church is that every church denomination makes the claim that they are teaching the truth.

But yet, they all teach something different in some area or areas of church doctrine.

Therefore, they all cannot be teaching the truth, as in, the God intended truth that agrees with the whole word of Almighty God.

And that means that EVERY church denomination has no less than one false church doctrine, while some church denominations have MANY false teachings that contradict what the Bible itself actually teaches.

So, let us simplify things by breaking down the 45,000 different BELIEFS into two groups of Christians, the Roman Catholic Christians and the Protestant Christians.

Now, if you are a Roman Catholic, then you will say that the Protestant Christians have erred in their understanding of the Scriptures.

And if you are a Protestant Christian, then you will say that the Roman Catholic Christians have erred in their understanding of the Scriptures.

And that debate has been going on all the way back to the second century, when Christians first began debating over the nature of Jesus.

The debate was not whether or not Jesus had a Divine nature, but rather, the debate was over WHEN Jesus had the Divine nature.

In other words, some Christians have interpreted the Scriptures to mean that an always Divine Son of God BECAME human or took on a nature of flesh.

But yet, other Christians have interpreted the Scriptures to mean that the HUMAN Son of God was GIVEN the Divine nature of immortality AFTER the cross and resurrection.

Now, the Christians who believed that an always exiting God the Son became flesh, they went on to form the doctrine of the Trinity.

And they became what is known today as the Roman Catholic Church.

The other group of Christians were persecuted as being heretics by the Roman Catholic Church, because they refused to accept the teaching that God Himself became flesh.

This non-trinitarian group of Christians have remained a minority throughout the age of the church, while the Roman Catholic Church grew in number and in power.

Then around the year 1517, the Protestant Reformation began. In other words, a group of Christians began to PROTEST against the Roman Catholic Church doctrines.

And they began REFORMING some of the doctrines that were made by the leaders of the Roman Catholic Church, which they saw very clearly that did not agree with what the Bible itself actually teaches.

Now again, if you are a Roman Catholic Christian, then you would say that the Protestant Christians are the APOSTATE church that is prophesied in the Bible that would happen.

And if you are a Protestant Christian, then you will say that the Roman Catholic Church is the APOSTATE church that was prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3. Let us go ahead and read that passage of Scripture.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3.

“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 Thessalonians 2:2. That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

2 Thessalonians 2:3. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”

The Greek word translated as “a falling away” is where we get the English word “APOSTASY”.

In other words, Paul is saying that the return of Jesus will not come until there comes an APOSTASY first.

Here is how the concordance in E-Sword defines the Greek word “apostasia”.

Feminine of the same as G647; defection from truth (properly the state), (“apostasy”): - falling away, forsake.

Total KJV occurrences: 2.

So then, did the defection from the TRUTH begin during the days of the Apostle Paul?

Or did the defection from the truth begin in the year 1517, the beginning of the Protestant Reformation?

The answer is simply if you are a Christian who bases the TRUTH upon the Scriptures, as opposed to ADDING church TRADITION to form church doctrines.

I find the words of Jesus, written in Luke 18:8, very interesting. So, let us read that verse as well.

Luke 18:8.

“I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, shall he find faith on the earth?”

Now, obviously, Jesus will find BELIEVERS in him when he comes.

Therefore, the Greek word that is translated as “faith” must have another meaning, or a deeper meaning than just faith.

Here is how the concordance in E-Sword defines the Greek word “pistis”, that is translated as faith.

From G3982; persuasion, that is, credence; moral conviction (of religious truth, or the truthfulness of God or a religious teacher), especially reliance upon Christ for salvation; abstractly constancy in such profession; by extension the system of religious (Gospel) truth itself: - assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity.

Total KJV occurrences: 244.

Here we see that the God intended meaning of the word faith is to have the truthfulness of God, or God’s truth, as opposed to what church TRADITION argues as being the truth.

In other words, Jesus should be understood as saying, shall I find CORRECT doctrine on the earth when I come.

According to Ephesians 4:5,13, there is but ONE faith, however, not all Christians have come into the UNITY of that one faith.

To say this another way, the Apostle Paul was ENDEAVORING to keep the UNITY of the FAITH.

For you see, what the Apostles of Jesus teach in the New Testament under the New Covenant is the CORRECT doctrine that Jesus taught to them.

But, in 2 Corinthians 2:17, we see that there were MORE Christians CORRUPTING the word of God to wrongly teach FALSE teachings in the days of the Apostle Paul than there were Christians, who were teaching the TRUTH of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

And we also see in 1 Corinthians 1:11-12, 2 Corinthians 11:4, and Galatians 1:7, that the church was already DIVIDING into different groups or sects that were wrongly teaching another Jesus and another gospel, which the Apostles of Jesus did NOT teach, even during the days of the Apostle Paul.

Therefore, to me, the APOSTATE church that is prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3, BEGAN forming during the days of the Apostle Paul.

And when the last Apostle that was chosen by Jesus died, then Satan began DECEIVING the church all the more.

For you see, there were no more EYEWITNESSES left alive to correct the errors of those corrupting the TRUTH of the Gospel of Jesus ANOINTED.

Some of you may wonder why I just said Jesus “ANOINTED”, as opposed to saying Jesus “Christ”.

It is because some Christians have never been taught that the God of Jesus, ANOINTED the Son of MAN with a portion of the Holy Spirit at the baptism of Jesus.

Therefore, I will devote chapter 2 of Book 12 to the TWO anointings of Jesus.
