Verse by Verse Study of Revelation Chapter 13
This is a VERSE-by-VERSE study of chapter 13 in the Book of Revelation.
This verse-by-verse study on the Book of Revelation is from or with a Biblical Unitarian view of Jesus.
In other words, verses like Revelation 1:8 are interpreted in the LIGHT of the WHOLE word of Almighty God and NOT in the TRADITIONAL church interpretation.
To say this another way, it is NOT Jesus who is the one speaking in Revelation 1:8.
But rather, it is Almighty God the Father speaking in Revelation 1:8.

Revelation Chapter 13.
The MARK of the Beast is Islam!
Revelation 13:1. “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Revelation 13:2. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Revelation 13:3. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Revelation 13:4. And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?
Revelation 13:5. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Revelation 13:6. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Revelation 13:7. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindred, and tongues, and nations.
Revelation 13:8. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 13:9. If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Revelation 13:10. He that leads into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.”
Now that we have an overview of what is taking place, let us take one verse at a time and examine them more closely. Here is Revelation 13:1 again.
Revelation 13:1. “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a BEAST (Which if you remember from Daniel 7:22-24 the word beast is symbolic for a KINGDOM which will) rise up out of the SEA, having SEVEN heads and TEN horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.”
So then, this BEAST rising up out of the sea is a KINGDOM. Now the word “SEA” in the Bible sometimes refers to the WICKED.
Please read Isaiah 57:20, which teaches us that the WICKED are LIKE the SEA when it is troubled and stirs up a mess of mire and mud.
Isaiah 57:20.
“But the WICKED are like the troubled SEA, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.”
Remember that the word “WATERS” sometimes refers to people. In other words, a multitude of WICKED people is like the SEA when it is not at rest but is raging to cast up mire and mud.
Now this BEAST will rise up and come OUT of the SEA or a multitude of people who are being influenced by Satan.
In other words, this beast system is ruled by the god of this world whom we know is Satan.
We can CLEARLY see this TRUTH in verse 2 where the DRAGON, which we know is Satan will give this BEAST his power.
We also see that the BEAST has SEVEN heads, which we know from Revelation chapter 17:9-12 is speaking of SEVEN different KINGDOMS where FIVE were fallen in the past before John wrote the book of Revelation.
And the KINGDOM of the Roman Empire that was present in John's day and then the SEVENTH KINGDOM which was is yet in the FUTURE from the time when John wrote down what he saw and heard.
And then the EIGHTH kingdom having 10 kings or being comprised of TEN united countries will rise up out of the SEVENTH kingdom or Empire.
To say this another way, FIVE kingdoms were fallen and we know that the SIXTH kingdom was the Roman empire which also fell.
So it makes sense that the SEVENTH Empire that will also FALL is NOT the ROMAN Empire.
I say this because many mainstream prophecy teachers are saying that the eighth final worldly kingdom will come out of the old Roman Empire.
They teach that it will be the Roman Empire that will be revived to form the eighth antichrist kingdom.
With this in mind let us now consider the SEVENTH kingdom to be this first beast rising out of the sea, which I myself believe is speaking of the Islamic Ottoman Empire that FELL or was wounded to death by the SWORD of war where that war was literally fought with swords.
In other words, I myself do NOT believe that it was the Roman Empire that was wounded by the sword and would live again but rather it was the SEVENTH kingdom that had a wound with a sword and revived to become the EIGHTH kingdom for one HOUR.
Remember in chapter six where I said the first three seals have already been fulfilled in history and the fourth, fifth and sixth seals will be fulfilled in the last 3 1/2 years right before the second coming of Jesus.
Well, the rising and wounding of this first beast do indeed correspond to the first three seals, which is the rise and fall of the Islamic Ottoman Empire.
Please read Revelation 17:8-12.
“The BEAST that you saw was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. (This is speaking of Satan who is behind this BEAST system of the worldly kingdoms or these SEVEN different KINGDOMS of this world because Satan is the god of this present world.
But the words, yet it points to the final kingdom which we as Christians will know and understand as being the antichrist system.
But the world will wonder at the hatred that this kingdom has for the Christians and the Jews and anyone else who is not a Muslim)
Revelation 17:9. And here is the mind which has wisdom. The SEVEN heads ARE seven mountains, on which the woman sits. (Again, the word mountain is sometimes used to speak of a KINGDOM.
So then, the seven heads of the dragon are seven kingdoms, which I believe that all seven of these kingdoms ruled the SAME general area of the landmass of the earth.
Some kingdoms ruled over more area of land than others, but basically, all seven world empires ruled in the Middle East)
Revelation 17:10. And there are SEVEN KINGS (In other words these seven HEADS are seven different KINGDOMS that were, are. and yet are to be on the earth): FIVE are fallen, (Referring to Egypt, Assyria (Or Nineveh), Babylon, Persia, and Greece) and ONE is, (Referring to the SIXTH KINGDOM which was the Roman empire or kingdom that was present in John's day when he wrote the book of Revelation) and the OTHER is NOT YET COME (Meaning in John's day the Roman empire was still in power and had not yet FALLEN. Therefore this SEVENTH KINGDOM would not come into power until after the fall of the Roman empire fell); and when he comes, (Meaning when this SEVENTH KINGDOM comes into power) he must continue a short space (Or in other words, this seventh kingdom would reign only a short time in comparison to the other six kingdoms.
The Ottoman Empire lasted around 624 years. It began around 1299 AD. And it fell by the sword of war in 1922/23.
All other world powers such as Russia, China, and the United States do NOT rule in that same geographical area of land that the seven world Empires ruled.
So, from the time the Ottoman Empire fell by the sword of war to this present day, there has not been any world Empire over that particular region of the world.
Some prophecy teachers are saying that the United Nations is the EIGHTH kingdom.
But I myself am leaning towards ten Islamic countries UNITING together to try and wipe Israel off the face of the earth)
Revelation 17:11. And the BEAST that was, and is not, even he is the EIGHTH, (Meaning that Satan himself will give all his power to this last or EIGHTH KINGDOM, which I myself believe is the rising again of the Islamic Ottoman Empire.
It will not be called the Ottoman Empire, but rather this EIGHT kingdom will rule or dominate the SAME area or land mass as the previous SEVEN kingdoms or at least the same area of land controlled by the Ottoman Empire.
Remember that the fourth seal in Revelation 6:8 says that he will give power over a FOURTH of the earth, as in, over a FOURTH part of the earth or landmass of the earth) and is of the SEVEN (Which to me means that this EIGHTH and the last KINGDOM of Satan will come forth from the SEVENTH KINGDOM.
But again some prophecy teachers say this last kingdom comes or rises up from out of just one of these seven previous kingdoms and they suggest that this eighth kingdom is a revival of the Roman empire.
This MAY be the case, but again I myself personally believe that this eighth kingdom will rise up out of the SEVENTH kingdom, which I believe is speaking of the Islamic Ottoman Muslim empire.
Or the eighth kingdom will exercise the power to KILL people over the COMBINED landmass of ALL seven previous kingdoms in that area of the world) and goes into perdition.
Revelation 17:12. And the TEN HORNS which you saw ARE TEN KINGS, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the BEAST.”
In other words, these TEN KINGS will UNITE with this final beast kingdom to form a kingdom that goes into PERDITION, which we know to be the ANTICHRIST kingdom or beast system.
Or more precisely the RIDER of the fourth horse in Revelation chapter 8 is a PERSON which we call the antichrist and it will be this individual person we, as Christians, call the antichrist who will UNITE ten Islamic Muslim countries to make all-out war against Israel during the last 3/12 years right before Jesus returns.
Now with the global movement to UNITE the whole world, it may very well be that the United Nations plays a part in uniting the Islamic Muslim world.
But before we get into this let us go back to Revelation 13:2.
Revelation 13:2. “And the BEAST (Speaking of this SEVENTH KINGDOM) which I saw was like unto a LEOPARD, and his feet were as the feet of a BEAR, and his mouth as the mouth of a LION: and the dragon (Or Satan himself) gave him (Speaking of this SEVENTH KINGDOM) his power, and his seat, and great authority.”
In other words, whatever this eighth and final kingdom that is ruled by the god of this world will be given its power and authority from Satan himself.
Also, we see here in verse 2 that there are FOUR kingdoms: one like a LION, another like a BEAR, and yet another like a LEOPARD, and the last kingdom like a BEAST.
You can compare this Revelation 13:2 to Daniel 7:2-7.
Daniel 7:2-7.
“Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great SEA.
Daniel 7:3. And FOUR great BEASTS came up from the SEA, diverse one from another.
Daniel 7:4. The first was like a LION, and had eagle's wings: (This is the Babylonian kingdom. The lion with eagle;s wings is the symbol of Babylon) I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
Daniel 7:5. And behold another beast, a second, like to a BEAR, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
Daniel 7:6. After this I beheld, and lo another, like a LEOPARD, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.
Daniel 7:7. After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a FOURTH BEAST, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had TEN HORNS.”
I personally believe that these four beasts parallel both Daniel's first vision of the statue described in Daniel chapter 2 and Daniel's third vision described to us in Daniel chapter 8.
In other words, all of Daniel's visions are speaking of the SAME kingdoms which are all in the Middle East.
Also, I believe that these visions of Daniel parallel with the visions of John in the book of Revelation.
For now, let me just say that I believe the LION represents the kingdom of Babylon, the BEAR represents the kingdom of Medo Persia, the LEOPARD represents the kingdom of Greece, and the fourth BEAST represents the Roman empire which has TEN HORNS and from among these ten horns rose up another little horn.
The little horn is the final or eighth kingdom in THAT same geographical region of the world as the previous seven kingdoms.
This is why I say that the eighth kingdom MAY be given the power to KILL the Christians and the Jews over in that area of the world which ALL seven kingdoms together ruled over.
Or it may be that the eighth kingdom will rule over only the area that the Seventh kingdom, the Islamic Ottoman Empire, ruled over.
I personally do not believe that the antichrist kingdom will rule over the entire planet earth.
Let us continue with Revelation 13:3, which teaches us that ONE of these SEVEN HEADS or that ONE of these SEVEN KINGDOMS received a WOUND unto death, but will later be HEALED.
Revelation 13:3.“And I saw ONE of his heads as it were WOUNDED to death; and his deadly wound was healed: (Or this KINGDOM that seemed to be DEAD will be REVIVED) and all the world wondered after the BEAST.”
Particularly, the world will wonder after this KINGDOM that seemed to be dead but then REVIVED once again.
And it will become even more fierce than before like a WILD beast so that the world will begin to say, who can make WAR with the BEAST?
And this is what is happening today with the radical Muslims. People are saying how can anyone fight such crazy people, who blow themselves up to kill others?
And who uses their own women and children as human shields? And who also uses their women and children as human bombs?
And they will NOT STOP for anything, because they SINCERELY BELIEVE they are fighting for the CAUSE of Allah and the only sure way to paradise in their mind is to die for their god, Allah.
So who can make war with such a people without TOTAL and COMPLETE genocide of every last Muslim on the face of the earth?
So then, we can see that this Scripture is being FULFILLED today with the wars and rumors of wars on terrorism and the radical Muslims.
As we study this further you will see that the ten kings are ten Muslim countries, which Jesus will fight against when he returns.
But the Islamic prophecies say the opposite and say that Isa, which is their word for Jesus, will fight against the Christians and the Jews.
This brings us to Revelation 13:4-10.
Revelation 13:4. “And THEY (Speaking of the Muslims in this seventh Islamic Ottoman kingdom) worshiped the dragon (Or Satan) which gave power unto the beast: (ISLAM) and they worshiped the beast, (ISLAM) saying, Who is like unto the beast? (ISLAM) Who is able to make WAR with him?”
Or who is able to make war with Allah of Islam? Now, this does not mean that they actually bowed down to Satan knowingly as do some Satan worshipers.
But rather, this means that they are being DECEIVED by Satan to sincerely believe that they were worshiping the one true God of Abraham when in truth they are following the will of Satan THINKING that it is the will of the one true God.
Again. I myself personally believe that this BEAST is speaking of the Muslim nations that are uniting.
But yet, they are still very divided just like the toes of iron do not truly mix with clay in Daniel's vision.
You see, only the Muslim nations, who follow the teachings of ISLAM, are being DECEIVED by Satan to truly and sincerely believe that they worship the one true God of Abraham.
However, in truth Muslims do NOT worship the one true and only Almighty God according to his WORD in spirit and in TRUTH because they DENY that Jesus is the SON of the one true God of Abraham.
They do not believe what the Bible ITSELF teaches. ALSO, the PEACEFUL Muslims just want to live in peace.
Thus, it is NOT the PEACEFUL Muslims who want to KILL the Christians and the Jews for following the teachings of the word of Almighty God, the Holy Bible.
However, SOME peaceful Muslims are being converted and made in the IMAGE of the BEAST, the radical Muslims who do INDEED want to kill the Christians and the Jews.
So take heed and BEWARE my dear brothers and sisters in the Lord of this NEW movement called CHRISLAM, which is the MERGING together of Christianity and the religion of ISLAM.
Muslims and Christians do NOT worship the SAME God in the same Spirit of TRUTH based upon the ONLY word of TRUTH, the Holy Bible.
Muslims worship Allah and follow the Quran over the Holy Bible saying that the Bible has been corrupted.
And Christians worship Yahweh that some Christians pronounce as Jehovah or Yahoveh, who is the one true God of Abraham. Muslims are of the descendants of Ishmael.
And the true Jews are the descendants of Jacob, who God named Israel.
The Christians are Abraham's seed by the PROMISE of God to Abraham by our FAITH in Jesus as God's SON who suffered and died for our sins.
So again, the only two groups of people who stand for the ONE TRUE God are the Christians and the Jews.
Let us move on to the next verse.
Revelation 13:5. “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to CONTINUE forty and two months.”
Please notice again this same 3 1/2 year period of time, and how this beast system BLASPHEMES the one true and only Almighty God.
The pronoun “him” here is referring to the servants of Satan who will continue for forty-two months.
In other words, the pronoun “him” refers to the Islamic Muslim antichrist system, which DENIES that Jesus is the CHRIST, the SON of the living God.
They exalt their god Allah to be the one true God. Now presently they are not united but when their Mahdi comes he will unite them.
Therefore, the “him” here in this verse is also speaking of a man who is the leader who will unite the ten Muslim countries to make war with the Jews and the Christians.
Please keep in mind that the Bible prophecy teachers FOCUS on this time of GREAT tribulation such as has never been before nor ever shall be again.
And the confusion between the WRATH of God and the GREAT tribulation has misled some to wrongly interpret the book of Revelation by wrongly teaching that ALL of what is prophesied takes place during the period of GREAT tribulation.
Also, some prophecy teachers argue that the GREAT tribulation is seven years right before Jesus returns.
And that the seven years is divided into two 3 1/2 years periods where only the last 3 1/2 years is the great tribulation and the first 3 1/2 years is the beginning of sorrows.
The truth of the matter is that the “BEGINNING of SORROWS” spans from the time of John all the way to the abomination of desolation, which begins the last 3 1/2 years of GREAT tribulation.
So as the last 3 1/2 years approaches the persecution and affliction of the Jews and the Christians will increase more and more and will climax during the last of the last days.

The Bible itself teaches us that the MIDST of Daniel's 70th week actually began when God turned to the Gentiles.
Let us continue with chapter 13.
Revelation 13:6. “And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.”
I want you to please consider how ISLAM blasphemes that one true and only Almighty God by DENYING that Almighty God has a SON and that his SON Jesus DIED for their SINS.
Revelation 13:7. “And it was given unto him to make WAR with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindred, and tongues, and nations.”
Also, not only notice that Islam kills Christians and the Jews, but also notice that Muslims kill anyone who does NOT bow down to their god Allah.
Now I am NOT saying EVERY Muslim kills Christians and Jews for not embracing Islam, but the Quran does teach Muslims to fight those that oppose them.
Now I myself personally believe that the power given to this Islamic beast system is over ONE FOURTH of the landmass of the earth, which is the SAME area of the Islamic Ottoman Empire in the Middle East around the Mediterranean Sea.
But MAY also cover the same area of ALL seven previous would empires of Egypt, Assyria, or Nineveh, Babylon, Persia or the Medo Persian empire, Greece, Roman empire, and the Ottoman Empire.
This does not mean that their TERRORISM will reach around the entire world, but rather that they will DOMINATE the Middle East and some parts of Europe and will NOT dominate the entire globe.
Revelation 13:8. “And all that dwell upon the earth (Or upon the LAND, speaking only of that ONE FOURTH part of the landmass of the earth that they are given power over) shall worship him (Allah the god of ISLAM), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
Now those in the WORLD, or the powers that be, speaking of the elite and those who are ruled or controlled by the elite may be DECEIVED to bow down to this false god Allah.
But those of us whose names are written in the book of life of the Lamb will NOT be deceived into bowing down to this false god Allah of Islam.
For those of us who have our eyes OPEN we can clearly see how the world says that we all worship the SAME God meaning that the Christians Jews and the Muslims all worship the SAME God.
But in TRUTH it is ONLY the Christians who truly believe that Jesus is the SON of Almighty God. And it is only the Jews who are the REMNANT that Jesus will return to fight FOR at his second coming.
The key to understanding the book of Revelation is to start WITH the second coming of Jesus and work backwards.
Find out from the Old Testament WHO Jesus will FIGHT AGAINST when he comes again and then interpret the book of Revelation in that LIGHT of God's word.
Read Psalm 83 and you will find that the TEN kings or the ten countries Jesus fights against at his second coming are ALL MUSLIM countries.
We will cover this later a little and I cover it in the study J-27. COULD ISLAM be the MARK of the BEAST?
But for now, let us move to the next verse here in Revelation chapter 13.
Revelation 13:9. “If any man have an ear, let him hear.”
In other words, if you are WISE you will HEAR what God is showing you from the word of TRUTH, the Holy Bible, and you will NOT bow down to this false god Allah of Islam.
And if you are a Muslim you will reject Islam and become a Christian and true follower of the one true and only Almighty God.
It is better to die as a Christian and faithful martyr of the Lord Jesus Christ, the SON of Almighty God than it is to live now by giving into the threats of Islam and later suffer the WRATH of Almighty God in the Day of Judgment.
Revelation 13:10. “He that leads into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.”
This is the PATIENCE of the saints, who are being killed for the sake of the gospel of Jesus Christ; the KNOWING that Almighty God will AVENGE our shed blood that we willing give for the furtherance of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
So do NOT take up arms of any kind to seek to save your physical life by killing Muslims who seek to kill you for the very purpose of being a Christian.
We are taught in the Bible to not love our physical life even unto death and do not fear those who can only kill our physical bodies, but rather fear Almighty God who will destroy both the body and the SOUL of those who kill the Christians and the Jews.
This brings us to the revealing of ANOTHER beast that causes mankind to worship the first beast, which again was the Islamic Muslim Ottoman Empire or the SEVENTH kingdom that ruled in the same area or land mass of the previous six world Empires.
This OTHER beast is the EIGHTH empire that is RESURRECTED out of the SEVENTH Ottoman Empire.
Please read Revelation 13:11-18.
Revelation 13:11. “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Revelation 13:12. And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them which dwells therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Revelation 13:13. And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Revelation 13:14. And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
Revelation 13:15. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Revelation 13:16. And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Revelation 13:17. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 13:18. Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
Now let us go back to verse 11 and see what is being said verse by verse.
Revelation 13:11. “And I beheld ANOTHER BEAST coming up out of the earth (Or LAND); and he had TWO HORNS like a LAMB, and he spoke as a dragon.”
First of all, we see the words ANOTHER BEAST, which teaches us that there are TWO beasts that we are to watch for in the last days to learn their identity.
Now the word “HORNS” sometimes represents having authority.
Please notice that this second beast has TWO seats of authority and appears to be like a LAMB where the LAMB represents true faith in the one true and only Almighty God.
But also notice that even though this second beast APPEARS to have faith in the one true and only Almighty God this beast SPEAKS as a DRAGON.
In other words, this second beast speaks LIES just like the first beast, because Satan is the father of lies and there is no truth in him.
Also in the prophecies of ISLAM, the Muslims are looking for Jesus to come and teach the Christians and the Jews to follow Allah.
To say this another way, that Jesus or Isa of ISLAM fits the description of this second BEAST with TWO horns as a LAMB in the book of Revelation.
Jesus WARNS us that there would be FALSE Christs in the last days and this Jesus or Isa of ISLAM sounds like the one we should be looking for as the BEAST or the antichrist of the EIGHTH kingdom.
So, do NOT be DECEIVED by any of the FALSE miracles done in this beast system of Islam.
Also, please notice that I emphasized the word “earth” as being LAND, meaning out of THAT land mass of ONE-FOURTH of the earth and NOT everyone in the entire earth. You will see what I mean in the next verse.
Revelation 13:12. “And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, (Which I believe means that this second kingdom will occupy the same geographical area as the first beast) and causes the earth (Or LAND, as in, the landmass of the Ottoman empire, the FIRST beast that was wounded by the sword and rose again to become the EIGHTH beast dominating the same area of LAND as the previous seven empires) and THEM which dwell THEREIN to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”
Here we see that this second beast kingdom causes those who dwell in THAT LAND dominated by the Islamic Muslims countries to WORSHIP this first beast kingdom that was wounded unto death but revived once again.
Notice the phrase “THEM which dwell THEREIN” where THEM are both Muslims and anyone living THEREIN those Muslim countries to worship Allah the god of ISLAM, where Islam received a deadly wound by the sword in 1922/23 and was healed.
Meaning that Islam rose again to become a dominant religion of THAT area of the world but speak as a DRAGON, the DECEIVER of the whole world.
Revelation 13:13. “And he (Speaking TWO leaders of Islam, who the Muslims say is their twelfth Imam and Isa or who they will CLAIM to be Jesus.
But in TRUTH, their twelfth Imam is the ANTICHRIST and their Isa is the FALSE prophet of Revelation chapter 13.
So this TWO horned Lamb that speaks as a dragon) does great wonders, (In the sight of the Muslims and those dwelling THEREIN the LAND dominated by the Islamic Muslim countries and NOT every human being in the entire world) so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth (Or land) in the sight of men,”
This is just a thought but it is believed that the United States and Russia have laser weapons in space orbiting the earth.
And it is known that radical Muslims have hacked into government computers.
So the miracle of making fire come down from heaven in the sight of Muslims may be the antichrist gaining control of one of the laser weapons and firing one off to show their power to the Muslim people so that they will unite.
Revelation 13:14. “And DECEIVES them that dwell on the earth (Or on the LAND) by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the BEAST; (Referring to the Muslim kingdom who follow the teachings of ISLAM and NOT in the sight of every human being on the entire globe) saying to THEM that dwell on the earth, (Or the LAND mass dominated by ISLAM and Sharia law) that THEY should make an IMAGE to the BEAST, (Or make an IMAGE to the false god of Allah of Islam) which had the wound by a sword, and did live.”
You see, the religion of ISLAM and the ISLAMIC kingdom of the Ottoman empire fell not only by the PHYSICAL SWORD in war, but also by the SWORD of the Holy Spirit, which is the WORD of Almighty God.
Now the Arabic people, before Islam came to them by their prophet Muhammad, were idol worshipers and therefore the Arab people had many IMAGES, which Muhammad destroyed. Islam today bears the IMAGE of the CRESCENT MOON with the STAR.
Islam also bows down to the Kaaba in Mecca. And in the corner of this is a Black Stone, which they bow down before and kiss as a star fallen from heaven, which they believe cleanses them from sin.
And Islam also places much emphasis on the IMAGE of the Arabic symbol that means in the name of Allah, which they wear on ARMBANDS and HEADBANDS as their MARK of servitude to Allah and the religion of Islam.
But they do not see their own IMAGES as being images, as in, being idols. To them, their images are just symbols of ISLAM.
I cannot say for certain what the IMAGE they will make will be but it will have something to do with the religion of Islam and their worship of their god Allah.
Revelation 13:15. “And he (The antichrist) had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that (Or so that) the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”
This may be their towers with very loud speakers giving all Muslims the call to prayer five times a day where they kneel and bow toward Mecca.
Also, there have been apparitions of an angel on top of the Kaaba in Mecca.
So this may be something that will take place and cause people, who are not Muslims to believe in Islam as the true religion.
Or it may be something as the image itself simply saying “In the name of Allah” because all new converts to Islam must speak these words in Arabic that Muslims wear on the arms and foreheads called the Bismillah.
Another thought that I have is that the IMAGE is the UNITING of the Islamic Muslim countries all together to form a Caliphate in the IMAGE of the Islamic Ottoman Empire.
And all those who do NOT become a Muslim will be killed.
When Muhammad could not get anyone to follow his religion then he turned to the SWORD to FORCE the people to follow his religion.
When Islam began to revive, the religion of Islam was all about being a religion of PEACE.
The Bible says that he will at first come in peaceably. But the antichrist will MAKE the peaceful Muslims become conformed to the IMAGE of radical Islam.
In other words, we may be looking for a literal physical IMAGE when the people of Islam are the IMAGE of the Ottoman Empire.
Revelation 13:16. “And he (The antichrist and false prophet, which Muslims will say is their Messiah and the prophet Jesus) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a MARK (Or bismillah) in their right hand, or in their foreheads:”
Again, this MARK of this beast system is what the Muslims call a bismillah, which is an IMAGE or Arabic symbol that say or speak, “In the name of Allah”.
And new Muslims converts are deceived into wearing this MARK of ISLAM on either their arm or their forehead which THEY must SPEAK as a confession of their allegiance to Allah.
Revelation 13:17. “And that no man might BUY or SELL, save he that had the MARK, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
Now in Muslim dominated countries if you are NOT a Muslims you must pay a very high TAX so that sooner or later if you want to eat you will either become a Muslim or starve or leave the country.
In other words, the day will come when anyone living in that area of the world must be numbered among those, who are Muslims and bear the name of ISLAM if they want to buy or sell anything in those Muslim dominated countries.
You will have to see this for yourself by listening to the testimonies of those who came out of Muslim dominated countries.

But for now, let us take a closer look at a very popular verse in the book of Revelation.
Revelation 13:18. “Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
Now, the New Testament is originally written in Greek and the three Greek letters “CHI”, “XI”, and “SIGMA” that are only TRANSLATED as six hundred threescore and six or 666.
In other words, John may have written these three Greek letters for what he SAW that resemble very closely to these three Greek letters.
Let me explain what I mean by this. The first Greek letter that John wrote down for what he SAW is the Greek letter “CHI” which LOOKS like two cross swords.
And the two crossed SWORDS is the symbol that is used by Islam. Muslims have this symbol of crossed swords everywhere.
In other words, the symbol of cross swords is to a Muslim like the cross is to Christians. And the Greek letter “CHI” looks very much like two cross swords.
The next Greek two letters are “XI” and “SIGMA” which resemble some Arabic letters that say or speak “In the name of Allah”, which is called “Bismillah” in the Arabic language.
Remember that John wrote down what he SAW. In other words, John may have DRAWN these Arabic letters and later the scribes that copied these ancient documents may have mistaken these DRAWINGS of John of the Arabic letters to be Greek letters because they are very similar.
And then the translators not understanding their meaning translated the numerical value of each letter which adds up to 666.
With that being said, this verse may better be translated as follows.
“Here is WISDOM. Let him that has UNDERSTANDING consider the MULTITUDE of this BEAST or multitude of this KINGDOM.
For it is the MULTITUDE of a man, whom we know now as Mohammad who is the prophet of Islam.
And his MULTITUDE is the MARK of crossed swords in the name of Allah.”
