Jesus is the FIRSTBORN Among many BRETHREN!
***What Does 1st Corinthians 15:20-28 TRULY mean?
Here is 1st Corinthians 15:1-4, and verses 19-28 from the K.J.V.
1st Corinthians 15:1. “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL, which I preached unto you, which also you have RECEIVED, and wherein you STAND.
1st Corinthians 15:3. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures.
1st Corinthians 15:4. And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day, according to the Scriptures: …
1st Corinthians 15:21. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
1st Corinthians 15:22. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1st Corinthians 15:23. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward, they that are Christ’s at his coming.
1st Corinthians 15:25. For he must reign, until He hath put all enemies under his feet.
1st Corinthians 15:26. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
Notice in verse 2 that the Apostle Paul is preaching the GOSPEL by which we are SAVED, if we keep in memory of what the Apostles of Jesus teach.
Now, all Christians know and understand that what Paul teaches in 1st Corinthians 15:3-18 is part of the gospel, but only some Christians know and understand that 1st Corinthians 15:19-28 is also part of the GOSPEL, by which we are saved if we keep in memory of what the Apostles of Jesus teach.
So then, Jesus BECOMING the FIRSTFRUITS of those who had died in Jesus is indeed a PART of the GOSPEL by which we are SAVED.
And as you will see as you read this Verse Study, there are many things that you may have never noticed before.

Many Antichrists, Many False Teachers, Many Divisions!
In 1 John 2:18, the Apostle John warns us about many antichrists, and many deceivers who have entered into the world.
The Apostle Jesus warns us about false Christs, and false prophets in Matthew 24:24.
The Apostle Peter warns us about false teachers among us in 2 Peter 2:1.
And the Apostle Paul warns us about divisions in the church in 1st Corinthians 1:10-17, and he warns us about those preaching another Jesus and another gospel, in 2 Corinthians 11:4 and in Galatians 1:6-12.
Also, Paul teaches us that even in his day there were MORE false teachers in the church than there were teachers who were teaching the truth.
I have read the New Testament hundreds of times, and I never noticed this verse in 2nd Corinthians 2:17 before today.
And by today, I mean some 47 years after becoming a true born-again Christian filled with the Holy Spirit, reading and studying the Bible most every day, today is the first day that I came to realize just how much false teaching and division was already in the church, even in the day of the Apostle Paul.
It is no wonder why that the Apostle John also warns us in Revelation 12:9 that Satan, the Devil, DECEIVES the WHOLE world.
And Jesus perceived this great deception or this great APOSTASY of the church as well, when he said in Luke 18:8, I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of MAN comes, shall he find FAITH on the earth?
2nd Corinthians 2:17.
“For we are not as MANY, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.”
In other words, I believe that Paul is saying that those false teachers were not INTENTIONALLY corrupting the word of God.
But rather, they SINCERELY believed that they were teaching the truth, however, what they taught was not of God.
Instead, they were being DECEIVED by Satan, the Devil, to wrongly teach doctrines of devils.
Then Paul goes on to assure us that what he and the other Apostles teach, is indeed of God, and thus, ONLY the teaching in the New Testament under the New Covenant is the TRUE gospel of Jesus Christ.
Also, know and understand that what the Apostles teach that is recorded in the New Testament, they taught in the sight of God being ANOINTED by God.
In other words, when the Apostle Peter boldly stood up on the Day of Pentecost and preached the very first Gospel message, immediately after he was just FILLED with the Holy Spirit of Almighty God dwelling in him, the same Holy Spirit who dwelt in Jesus after he was baptized with the Holy Spirit at his baptism in the River Jordan by John the Baptist.
Now, if you remember, in the introduction, we learned that Jesus is the FIRSTFRUITS of those who died believing in Jesus, which is also a part of the gospel message that church TRADITION contradicts.
And we learned that we, speaking of true born-again Christians who believe in Jesus, will also be made FIRSTFRUITS unto God with Jesus, at the coming the now glorified Son of MAN, Jesus, when his God brings His FIRST-BORN Son into the world to be worshipped by the angels, according to Hebrews 1:6.
In other words, according to 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18, the dead in Christ will be resurrected first at the coming of Jesus.
And then, we which are alive and remain unto the coming of Jesus, will be glorified along with them to be like Jesus to become the SECOND FIRSTFRUITS unto God, according to 1st John 3:1-3, and 1st Corinthians 15:23, every man in his own order, Jesus, the FIRST human to be made a partaker of the Divine nature of immortality, according to 2nd Peter 1:4.
By the way, 2nd Peter 1:4 is the only verse of Scripture in the entire Bible where the words Divine Nature are found in the same verse.
And that passage of Scripture is talking about us as good and faithful Christians also being made partakers of the Divine Nature of immortality, when our mortal flesh nature is changed in a twinkling of an eye at the coming of Jesus, according to 1st Corinthians 15:50-58.
James 1:16-18.
“Do not err, my beloved brethren.
James 1:17. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
James 1:18. Of His own will He begot us with the word of TRUTH, that we should be a kind (Or that we should become a part) of FIRSTFRUITS of His creatures.”
And when we compare Scripture with Scripture, we find that the Son of MAN, Jesus, BECAME the FIRSTBORN of every CREATURE to become the FIRSTBORN among many BRETHREN, by being the FIRSTBORN from the DEAD to be given the Divine NATURE of immortality, according to 2 Peter 1:4 and John 5:26,27, plus many other verses of Scripture.

But for now, let us read 1st Corinthians 15:1-28 verse by verse with my comments in between each verse.
As you read this passage of Scripture, notice that one of the CORE parts of the gospel of salvation is the RESURRECTION of Jesus and his being given eternal life, as one part of the joy that his God set before him to endure the cross, according to Hebrews 12:2.
The Resurrection of Christ
“1st Corinthians 15:1. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand;”
Clearly, what we are about to read in this entire passage of Scripture is the gospel of Jesus Christ that Paul and all of the other Apostles of Jesus preached.
The word Christ means both Messiah and ANOINTED. Therefore, the more correct understanding of the words Jesus Christ is Jesus ANOINTED.
The Son of MAN, Jesus was anointed by his God TWICE.
The first anointing was a partial anointing, where Jesus received a PORTION of the Spirit of His God to dwell in him.
And the second anointing was after the cross and resurrection when it PLEASED the Father that the FULLNESS of the Deity should dwell in the body of Jesus, speaking of his new glorified immortal body,
This receiving God’s glory is called being made a partaker of the Divine Nature of eternal life, according to 2nd Peter 1:4.
However, even by this early time in the history of the church in the day of the Apostle, there already began to be many divisions in the church, according to 1st Corinthians 1:13, and in 2nd Corinthians 11:4, where some sincere Christians were wrongly teaching ANOTHER Jesus that Paul did not teach.
In fact, Paul said in 2nd Corinthians 2:17 that there were more FALSE teachers perverting the gospel than there were disciples teaching the TRUTH of the TRUE gospel.
And thus, there were many FALSE teachers that were PERVERTING the TRUE gospel to be ANOTHER gospel or a DIFFERENT gospel that Paul and the other APOSTLES did not teach even in the first century.
“1st Corinthians 15:2. By which also you are saved, if you keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless you have believed in vain.”
Some Christians have been wrongly taught that after a person accepts Jesus as the Savior, then they can never lose their salvation no matter what they do or do not do after they become a born-again Christian.
But that is ANOTHER gospel that the Apostle Paul and the other Apostles did not teach.
So then, according to the TRUTH of the TRUE gospel, it is possible for Christians to believe in VAIN by wrongly believing a false gospel or a different gospel that the Apostles of Jesus did not teach.
In the verses that follow, Paul teaches the TRUE gospel that most Christians in the world today do indeed believe.
In other words, every Christian in the world today believes in the resurrection of Jesus.
However, not all Christians believe that Jesus suffered and died on the cross and after three full days and three full nights, Almighty God Himself raised the Son of MAN, Jesus, from the dead to enter into GLORY.
Satan has blinded their MINDS so that they cannot see the GLORY of Jesus ANOINTED to be made in the IMAGE of his God to BEGIN being in the FORM of his God after the cross and resurrection.
But in the day of Paul, there were even some in the church who did not believe in the RESURRECTION of Jesus.
“1st Corinthians 15:3. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;”
Again, the words that Christ, the anointed Son of MAN before the cross, is more correctly understood in this context as the Son of MAN, who God ANOINTED with a PORTION of His Spirit to empower His human Son to endure the cross for our sins and the sins of the entire world, according to 1st John 2:2.
The ANOINTING is how his God held his hand and helped His servant to overcome sin, according to the fulfillment in Hebrews 9:14,15, and the prophecy in Isaiah 42:1-6.
Here are some of the prophecies in the Scriptures of the Messiah being cut off from the land of the living, but not for himself.
Daniel 9:26 and Isaiah 53:8 are two prophecies of the Messiah’s death.
And Isaian 53:1-12, as well as, Psalm 22:1-31, gives many details of what took place at the cross, such as the parting of his garments, and Jesus saying My God, My God, why have You forsaken me, right before he said, receive my spirit and died on the cross for the sins of the world.
“1st Corinthians 15:4. And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:”
Jesus said in Matthew 12:40, that just as Jonah was in the belly of the INSOLENT fish for three days and three nights, so shall he descend into the heart of the earth for three days and three nights, according to the Scriptures in Jonah 1:17.
It is interesting to me that Jesus used the word whale instead of fish.
For you see, the Hebrew words that are translated as God created the great whales in Genesis 1:21, can also be translated as God cut down the INSOLENT DRAGONS.
And Jesus descended into Hell, the lower parts of the earth, which is the center or the heart of the earth where the fallen dragons or many of the fallen angels are imprisoned to face the final Day of Judgment, according to Jude 1:6.
But as we learned in part one of this series of studies, according to Acts 2:27, God did not LEAVE his soul in hell, but rather, He resurrected Jesus after the end of the three days and three nights of his physical body being dead and buried in the grave.
“1st Corinthians 15:5. And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:”
In other words, after Jesus ascended into heaven on the morning of his resurrection, he descended back down to the earth in his new GLORIFIED immortal body that same day toward the evening.
And for forty days he appeared to his disciples, who would become EYE-WITNESSES to the resurrected as the now glorified Son of MAN, Jesus.
In other words, the first estate of the Son of God was HUMAN made or created to be a little lower than the Elohim.
And after God’s human Son, whom He anointed with His Spirit, learned obedience by suffering TEMPTATION form God’s enemy, it then pleased the Father to highly exalt the Son of MAN, Jesus, to obtain a NAME that is more excellent than the angels to INHERIT the worlds to come.
And God is doing this for the purpose of judging the fallen angels who have polluted the name or the character of Almighty God the Creator.
Some atheists try to argue that the Bible contradicts itself by showing that Jesus appeared first to Mary Magdalene.
But they fail to understand that Jesus had not yet ascended into heaven to his God and Father in order to receive the Divine NATURE of immortality to enter into glory.
“1st Corinthians 15:6. After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some have fallen asleep.”
To me, this verse could be saying that Jesus appeared to all of his disciples, which were in number around 500.
According to John 14:22, Jesus manifested himself or appeared only to his disciples and not to anyone else in the world.
But in the light of the next verse and also Matthew 27:52,53, then this verse could be saying that the bodies, which arose from the dead with Jesus, when he was resurrected, and they saw Jesus, were the righteous men and women from the Old Testament, and their number was around 500.
Also, it is possible that there could have been around 500 righteous Jews who died during the lifetime of Jesus, who knew Jesus from a child and may have been some of the followers of Jesus.
We just do not know for sure who they were, because there are not really clear verses that state exactly who they were, other than they were saints or righteous people.
1st Corinthians 15:7. After that, he was seen by James; then of all the Apostles.”
According to John 20:17, Jesus ascended to his God and Father on the morning that God raised him from the dead, right after he talked to Mary Magdalene.
Jesus told Mary Magdalene to not touch him, but that same day toward the evening, he told his disciples to handle him or to touch him.
So, to me, while Jesus was in heaven or on his way to the Father, God GLORIFIED him with his new glorified immortal body of flesh and bone.
No mention of any blood in the new immortal body of Jesus.
Then, according to Luke 24:22-39, the now glorified Son of MAN, Jesus, descended back down to the earth and told his disciple to handle him.
Jesus did this, in order to show himself alive to his disciples for forty days by many infallible proofs, according to Acts 1:3.
“1st Corinthians 15:8. And last of all he was seen of me also, as one born out of due time.”
To me, Paul being born out of due time could mean that he did not see Jesus during the days of his mortal flesh before the cross and resurrection.
But Jesus appeared to Paul in a vision, according to Acts 9:3-16 and told him to go see Ananias to be told what to do.
If you remember, Paul was BLINDED by the light, and the Greek word translated as born out of due time means WOUNDED.
I would consider that being blinded by the bright light is being wounded.
Thus, this verse could be an incorrect translation.
And it should read, and last of all, he was seen of me, as one being wounded with blindness.
Anyway, the main point is that Jesus personally called Paul to be his Apostle to the Gentiles in a vision that he gave to Ananias to lay hands on Paul for his blindness to be healed, and also for him to receive the Holy Spirit in Acts 9:15-18.
So, to me, Jesus chose Paul to be his twelfth Apostle to replace Judas Iscariot.
In my opinion, when the 11 Apostles drew straws to choose a twelfth apostle, they were not yet baptized with the Holy Spirit.
And thus, Matthias was appointed by man, whereas Jesus himself chose Paul.
Plus, you never hear anymore about Matthias, but most of the New Testament was written by the Apostle Paul.
“1st Corinthians 15:9. For I am the least of the Apostles, that am not meet to be called an Apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.”
Here we can seek the humbleness of Paul.
And Jesus said that the meek and humble will be exalted.
Some Christians try to argue that the church being called the church of God proves that Jesus is Almighty God Himself, because in Matthew 16:18, Jesus said that he will build his church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.
But when you understand that the Greek word that is translated as the church means the called-out ones, then you can see that each and every true born-again Christian is a temple of God.
So then, Jesus is the temple of God, being the first human to have God dwell in him.
And after the cross and resurrection, God gave Jesus the power to baptize us with the Holy Spirit to also become the temple of God with Jesus.
“1st Corinthians 15:10. But by the grace of God, I am what I am: and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God, which was with me.”
Again, we see Paul humbling himself to give the glory to Almighty God for all of the labor of building the church body.
Also, we get a small glimpse of the meaning of grace, being the power of God, that was with the Apostle Paul and came upon Paul as the anointing of the Holy Spirit and power.
In other words, some Christians have only been taught that grace means unmerited favor.
But when the messenger of Satan buffeted Paul, and Paul asked God to take care of that thorn in the flesh for him, God told Paul that His grace was sufficient or more than enough.
Well, obviously, Paul did not understand what God meant, so he asked God two more times to get rid of that thorn in his flesh.
God gave him the same answer all three times, saying that His grace was sufficient.
And then, we do not hear any more about Paul’s thorn in the flesh.
So, what happened to the thorn in the flesh?
Well, to me, it finally dawned on Paul that God was telling him to take care of that messenger of Satan himself by using God’s grace.
In other words, to me, Paul said in his mind, now I understand what you are saying, God, you want me to command that menacing evil spirit in the name of Jesus, the authority that you gave to me by your grace, instead of begging you to do it for me,
So, that is what Paul did, he used his God given authority given in the mighty name of Jesus that was given to him by the grace of God.
And there was no more messenger of Satan following Paul and grieving him for many days after Acts 16:18, which is when Paul commanded that evil spirit to come out of that damsel that was given over to soothsaying.
And, by the way, that same God given authority to command sickness and disease to leave your body has been given to every true born-again Christian.
So, rather than begging God to heal you, start commanding Satan to take his hands off of you in the name of Jesus.
For with the stripes of Jesus, you are healed.
“1st Corinthians 15:11. Therefore, whether it was I or they, so we preach, and so you believed.”
God chose that by the foolishness of preaching to save them which BELIEVE.
And, by the way, one of the meanings of the Greek word “sozo” that is translated as “saved”, also means HEALED, delivered, made whole, protected or kept safe, and placed back into a right relationship with Almighty God.
The Resurrection of the Dead
“1st Corinthians 15:12. Now, if Christ has been preached that he rose from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?”
Here we see that there is already FALSE teaching that has crept into the church, the body of believers.
And those false teachers were deceiving others to wrongly believe their false teaching that there is no resurrection.
So, Paul corrects them by using a little sarcasm.
“1st Corinthians 15:13. But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen:
1st Corinthians 15:14. And if Christ is not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
1st Corinthians 15:15. Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God; (If God did not raise Jesus from the dead and give him the Divine nature of eternal life) because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ: whom He raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.”
You can almost hear the sarcasm in Paul’s voice. Or at least I can, because I know full well that Paul would have never suffered so much persecution if he did not sincerely believe that God resurrected Jesus from the dead.
Plus, Paul continues showing them that their faith in Jesus is in vain, if there truly is no resurrection of the dead.
“1st Corinthians 15:16. For if the dead rise not, then Christ is not raised:
1st Corinthians 15:17. And if Christ is not raised, your faith is vain; you are yet in your sins.”
Here we see that without the RESURRECTION, then the death of Jesus would have been in vain.
For you see, it was by the resurrection that Jesus was DECLARED to be the Son of God with POWER, according to Romans 1:3,4.
It was after the resurrection that God gave the Son of MAN, Jesus, all power and authority that is invested in the NEW NAME that God gave to him after the cross and resurrection, according to Matthew 28:18 and many other verses of Scripture.
And God gave Jesus that NEW NAME that is higher than every other name, so that every knee will bow to that NAME, and every tongue will also CONFESS that Jesus is Lord, to the GLORY of Almighty God the Father, according to Philippians 2:6-11.
1st Corinthians 15:18. Then they also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
1st Corinthians 15:19. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.”
Again, Paul is using hypothetical language to make his point that there is indeed a resurrection of the dead.
Man is appointed once to die and then comes the judgment.
And how can there be a SECOND death for the wicked, if they are not resurrected to face the final Day of Judgment after the 1000-year reign of Jesus has ended?
Paul then assures us in the next verse that Jesus did indeed rise from the dead to be glorified and set on God’s throne.
Notice that it was when God raised the Son of MAN, Jesus, from the dead, that was when Jesus BECAME the FIRSTFRUITS of them who have died as faithful Christians in Jesus.
The word firstfruits mean a beginning of something, and in the light of the whole word of Almighty God, Jesus is the beginning of God’s NEW CREATION or righteous humans made in the perfect image of their Creator, Almighty God the Father.
“1st Corinthians 15:20. But now, Christ has risen from the dead, and BECOME the FIRSTFRUITS of them that slept.”
The firstfruits are the many BRETHREN of Jesus, and according to 1 Corinthians 15:20, Jesus is the first of the firstfruits.
In other words, Jesus is the very first member of the Church of the Firstborn, the very beginning of God’s new creation of righteous people who will replace the fallen angels to rule over the earth during the world to come.
And God is doing this in order to judge Satan and the fallen Elohim.
“1st Corinthians 15:21. For since by MAN came death, by MAN came also the resurrection of the dead.”
The word “since” means because by a MAN came death, then, so also by a MAN must come the resurrection of the dead.
“1st Corinthians 15:22. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.”
Again, the words “For as” means because or understanding that in Adam all die, and in a like manner, in Christ or in the Messiah, shall all be made alive.
So then, what does “in Adam” and “in Christ” actually mean?
Almost all Christians know what being “in” Christ means. It means being saved in Jesus Christ to be made a born-again new creation of God.
And thus, being “in” Adam means every other human being above the age of accountability, who is not saved.

Some Christians have been deceived by the false teaching of Universalism, which wrongly teaches that everyone will eventually be saved.
And some Universalist Christians wrongly believe that even Satan and the fallen angels will be saved.
1st Corinthians 15:23. But every MAN in his OWN ORDER: (In other words, there are THREE HARVESTS and three resurrections.
One harvest has already taken place, the resurrection of Jesus, the FIRSTBORN of every creature.
So, ORDER #1 was the Son of MAN, Jesus) Christ the firstfruits; (Then after ORDER #1 or) afterward they that are Christ’s at his COMING. (This will be ORDER #2 the second harvest of firstfruits unto God.
This will take place in the very near future at the coming of Jesus that is commonly called the SECOND coming of Jesus.
And, according to 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, the dead in Christ shall rise first.
And then, we who are alive and remain until the coming of Jesus will be caught up together with the dead in Christ to meet Jesus in the air.
And that is when, we as faithful Christians, will all be changed together at the same time from mortal nature to the Divine immortal nature, according to 2nd Peter 1:4 and 1st Corinthians 15:48-58)
1st Corinthians 15:24. Then comes the end, (Or then comes ORDER #3 the THIRD and FINAL harvest of the saints.
This final harvest of people that will receive the divine nature of immortality like Jesus did, will take place at the END of the Millennial reign of Jesus) then he (Speaking of the now glorified Son of MAN who was MADE the Lord of lords and the King of kings) shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.”
The end is referring to the end of the 1000-year reign of Jesus during the world to come.
Notice that after the 1000 years is finished, the glorified Son of MAN, Jesus, who was made to become the Lord of the Sabbath, will step down from ruling over the earth and commit the ruling of the Kingdom back into the hands of his God and Father.
1st Corinthians 15:25. For he must reign, until He has put all enemies under his feet.
In other words, Jesus must reign for 1000 years, until Yahweh the Father has put all the enemies under the feet of His Son Jesus.
Here are just some of the many verses and passages of Scripture that absolutely PROVE beyond any shadow of a doubt that the HUMAN Son of God was RECEIVED up into heaven to BECOME the ETERNAL Son of God after the cross and resurrection.
And therefore, Jesus is God’s FIRSTBORN Son of every new creature in the IMAGE of the unseen God, the firstborn among many brethren.
God’s HUMAN Son was HIGHLY EXALTED, according to Psalm 89:19, Psalm 89:24-27, Acts 2:33, Acts 5:31, and Philippians 2:6-11.
God’s HUMAN Son was prophesied to be resurrected and receive God’s COUNTENANCE or His LIKENESS, according to Psalm 21:3-7, Acts 2:28, Psalm 17:5.
God’s HUMAN Son was prophesied to be resurrected to BECOME a God to JUDGE the world, according to Psalm 82:6-8, Psalm 45:6-7, the fulfillment in Hebrews 1:1-14, Psalm 110:1, and the fulfillment in Acts 2:22-42, and God will judge the world by the MAN He raised from the dead, according to Acts 17:22-31.
God’s HUMAN Son was prophesied to be SEATED on God’s throne UNTIL God puts all enemies under his feet, according to, Psalm 110:1, Matthew 22:44, Mark 12:36, Luke 20:42-43, Acts 2:34,35, Hebrews 1:13, Hebrews 10:12-13, and Micah 4:6-8.
God’s HUMAN Son was prophesied to be set or ANOINTED as God’s King of kings, according to Psalm 2:6-9, Psalm 45:6-7, Psalm 89:24-27, Psalm 89:36-37, Psalm 110:1, Isaiah 9:6-7, Daniel 7:13-14, Matthew 28:18, Acts 2:34-36, Acts 5:30-31, Ephesians 1:20-22, Philippians 2:6-11, 1st Corinthians 15:25, Hebrews 1:3-5, and Hebrews 12:2.
And God set or promised all of these things in His word as a joy that He placed before His human Son to ENDURE the cross, according to Hebrews 12:2.
I cannot stress enough how it make no sense whatsoever for a so-called always existing Almighty God the Son to become flesh, and then, he was supposedly RESTORED to all of his former glory, which he supposedly always had, when he supposedly remained in his fullness of the Godhead during the days of his flesh.
And then the so-called returned to glory God the Son will only rule for 1000 years and only over the earth, UNTIL his God and Father puts all of the enemies under his feet.
And then, the supposedly always fully Almighty God the Son commits the kingdom back into the hands of his God and Father, and steps down from ruling over the earth to take his place among his fellows and be SUBJECT unto Yahweh the Father, who is the God of Jesus.
That does not sound like God HIGHLY EXALTING His Son, Jesus, if the Son of God was already the eternal God the Son in the flesh before the cross and resurrection.
For you see, to go from being fully equal with Almighty God to now being under and subject to his God and Father to rule ONLY over the earth, and ONLY for 1000 years, does not fit with the God intended meaning of Almighty God HIGHLY EXALTING His Son.
However, on the other hand, for God to create Himself a HUMAN Son in the womb of a human woman to bear as a fully HUMAN Son makes perfect sense, seeing that Lucifer falsely accused the Creator of creating him flawed or with a sinful nature.
Thus, according to Satan, it was God’s fault that he rebelled and waged a war against the other side of heaven, because God did not CREATE him PERFECT, according to Satan’s FALSE accusation blaspheming God’s NAME, according to Psalm 74:10-22 and many other verses of Scripture.
Therefore, for the Son of God to be CREATED by his God makes perfect sense in the light of Jesus being born to be made a King, according to John 18:37.
“1st Corinthians 15:26. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.”
Speaking of hell and death being cast into the Lake of Fire after the 1000-year reign of Jesus has ended.
According to Revelation 6:8 and 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12, the name of the man of sin, that Wicked one, is Death, who rode the fourth horse.
The man of sin will be given power after the working of Satan over one fourth of the LAND in the Middle East to kill with the sword.
Also, death itself, speaking of physical and spiritual death will be cast into the lake of fire to be destroyed.
As you read the next two verses, please notice that it is Almighty God the Father, who is doing the work of putting all of the enemies under the feet of His now glorified Son, Jesus.
“1st Corinthians 15:27. For He has put all things under his feet. But when He says all things are put under him, it is manifest that He is excepted, which did put all things under him.”
In other words, Paul is saying do NOT misunderstand what I am saying.
It should be already obvious to you. but just to be sure, please know and understand, when Almighty God Yahweh the Father said that He put all things under the feet of His Son Jesus, then it should be made perfectly clear to you that Yahweh the Father is the exception.
To say this another way, Yahweh the Father is NEVER under and subject to His Son Jesus whom He Himself has put everything else under His Son’s feet.
“1st Corinthians 15:28. And WHEN all things shall be subdued unto him, THEN shall the Son ALSO himself be SUBJECT unto Him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.”
Can you not see my dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ, that Jesus is our BROTHER, a FELLOW human being, who was the FIRST human being to be GIVEN the divine nature of immortality.
Yes, there is no doubt that Jesus was anointed ABOVE his FELLOWS.
There is no doubt that Jesus is the HEAD of the church or the HEAD of the called-out ones, Jesus being the first called-out one to walk in righteousness.
And God prophesied that He would hold his hand, and would keep him, and give him for a covenant of the people, and for a light of the Gentiles, according to Isaiah 42:1-6.
But the Bible also teaches us that Almighty God the Father is the HEAD of His Son Jesus.
So then, to us, as Christians, there is but ONE God, who alone is the Father.
And to us there is but ONE Lord, who alone is the Son of Almighty God the Father.
Some Christians may argue that I am teaching that there are TWO Gods and there is only ONE God.
But what they have failed to see is that there is only ONE TRUE God that has set up or appointed many Gods to rule for Him over parts of His creation.
So, the Bible itself teaches us that there is only one ALMIGHTY God who alone is THE God OF Gods.

And to me, the truth concerning who Jesus TRULY is, according to the Bible ITSELF, is the Biblical Unitarian view of Jesus.
Once Christians, Jews, Muslims, and even atheists understand the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
