Book 4 Chapter 6.
Does the Bible ITSELF Teach us that Jesus is the Creator?
Trinitarian Christians teach that Jesus is Almighty God Himself in the flesh based upon their belief that Jesus is the creator.
And they base their belief in Jesus as being the creator on just a few verses in the New Testament.
And those few verses of Scripture MUST be “interpreted” to mean that Jesus created the entire universe or everything that exists.
And the ONLY reason that these few verses can be interpreted as Jesus being the creator of the universe is that the translators ADDED the word “THINGS” to these verses of Scripture in the KJV.
And in some verses the translators did NOT translate the definite article “THE”.
Plus, the translators of the KJV chose specific meanings of the Greek word “dia” that makes it seem as if all things were created “by” Jesus as opposed to being created “in” Jesus.
For example, the WAY in which John 1:3 has been TRANSLATED, it makes it seem as if Jesus is the creator of everything that exists.
John 1:3.
“ALL THINGS were made by him; and without him was not ANYTHING made that was made.”
But when we read the LITERAL translation, we can see that the ALL is speaking of the people who BELIEVE in the word have BECOME the all through Jesus.
And WITHOUT Jesus not yet ONE of the all has BECOME a new creature or a son of God.
John 1:3 from the LITERAL translation.
“ALL through the SAME BECAME and apart from the SAME BECAME not yet ONE which has BECOME”
And the word “the SAME” refers back to the word of God.
For you see, without faith in God’s word, not yet one person became a new creature which has become a new creature by faith in Jesus, the word made flesh.
We are born-again by the word of God through obeying the word of truth.
1 Peter 1:22,23.
“Seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that you love one another with a pure heart fervently:
1 Peter 1:23. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which lives and abides forever.”
Trinitarian Christians also use Ephesians 3:9 to teach that Jesus is the creator.
They make it sound as if God HID His Son from view in the Old Testament, but now the MYSTERY of God the Son has been shown to us.
Ephesians 3:9.
“And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hid in God, who created ALL THINGS by Jesus Christ:”
Please notice that the word “THINGS” was ADDED by the translators of the KJV. But for some reason, the word “things” was NOT placed in italics like it should have been to show that it was ADDED to the text.
Also, the Greek word “dia” that is translated as “BY” Jesus Christ means through, by reason of, for the sake of, and created “in” Jesus Christ.
But to me, the most deceptive thing is that the translators did NOT “translate” the Greek word “ta” to say, God who created THE ALL through or in Jesus Christ.
Let us read the LITERAL translation so that you can see what I mean.
Ephesians 3:9 from the LITERAL translation.
“And to enlighten all what? The communion of the secret the having been hid from the eons in the God, the ONE THE ALL [is] CREATING through [or in] Jesus Christ,”
Or more correctly translated as how we speak today, “...the God [who is] the ONE [that is] CREATING THE ALL in Jesus Christ.”
And, when we read the CONTEXT in Ephesians 1:10, then it becomes clear that the “mystery” is the salvation of THE ALL in Jesus Christ that was hidden in God from the beginning of the AGE.
But again, the translators did NOT translate the definite article THE in the KJV.
Ephesians 1:10.
“That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one ALL things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:”
Here is the literal translation with the definite article being translated to make it blatantly clear that the creation being spoken of is God’s NEW CREATION of righteous people being created in Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 1:10,11 from the LITERAL translation.
“That in the dispensation of the fulness of times He might gather together in one THE ALL in Christ, both THE BOTH in heaven, and THE in him on earth:
Ephesians 1:11. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who is MIGHTY in THE ALL after the counsel of His own will:”
Another verse that is used by Trinitarian Christians to try to prove that Jesus is the creator in Hebrews 1:2,3.
And to me, the only reason that these verses can be “interpreted” to mean that Jesus is the creator is the WAY in which these verses have been TRANSLATED in the KJV of the Bible.
Trinitarian Christians argue, “It is not possible for a mere man to UPHOLD ALL THINGS by the word of his power.
Therefore, Jesus must be Almighty God Himself in the flesh to be able to hold up the entire universe by the word of his power. And verse 2 says that God made the world BY him.
And John 1:1-3 says that the Word was God and ALL THINGS were made BY him and nothing was made WITHOUT him,”
Hebrews 1:2,3.
“Has in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds;
Hebrews 1:3. Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;”
But when we take a closer look at the OTHER meanings of the Greek words and also pay close attention to WHO the pronouns are referring to, then it becomes clear that the ALL who Jesus upholds are the ALL who BELIEVE in Jesus.
Let us read these two verses again with a little CONTEXT and emphasizing different words.
The words highlighted in orange refer to Almighty God the Father.
The words highlighted in yellow refer to the Son of MAN, Jesus, before he was glorified by God.
And the words highlighted in blue refer to the glorified Jesus after the cross and resurrection.
The words in blue also refer to THE ALL who believe in Jesus.
Hebrews 1:1-4.
“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hebrews 1:2. Has in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He has appointed HEIR of ALL, FOR whom also He made the worlds; (Or for whom God made the AGES)
Hebrews 1:3. Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, (Speaking of the Son of MAN, Jesus, being GLORIFIED to come into being in the brightness of Yahweh’s glory and the express IMAGE of Yahweh’s CHARACTER and His divine nature of immortality) and upholding THE ALL (Or BEARING THE ALL) by the word of His power, WHEN he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; (Or more correctly translated, “and BEARING the ALL by the word of His power WHEN he THROUGH Him purged our sins.
For you see, according to Hebrews 9:14, the Son of MAN, Jesus offered himself without spot to God THROUGH the Eternal Spirit who dwelt in him)
Hebrews 1:4. Being MADE so much better than the angels, as he has by INHERITANCE OBTAINED a more excellent NAME than they.”
The Son of MAN, Jesus, was GIVEN a NEW NAME after the cross and resurrection, according to Philippians 2:8-11.
But before the cross, Jesus was made LOWER than the angels, according to Hebrews 2:5-14 and several other verses of Scripture.
And, according to Acts 2:36, the Son of MAN, Jesus, was MADE Lord and Savior after the cross and resurrection.
But what I want you to see in the following verses of Scripture is that the ONE God is always clearly identified as being the FATHER.
And the ONE Lord is always identified as being Jesus Christ.
Please notice as you read these verses that the word “THINGS” was ADDED by the translators of the KJV.
Again, PEOPLE are NOT “things”, so you have to wonder why they ADDED the word “things”.
Also notice that the definite article THE is NOT translated in the KJV.
So to ME, it seems like a BIASED translation toward Jesus being the supreme Deity in the flesh.
1 Corinthians 8:6.
“But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are [THE] ALL things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are [THE] ALL things, and we by (Or more correctly translated, BECAUSE of whom are THE ALL, and we in) him.”
In this passage of Scripture, I want you to notice that the Bible ITSELF teachers us that the God of Jesus dwelt in the FLESH of His human Son, Jesus.
In other words, it is the man-made “interpretation” of the Scriptures that wrongly teaches that Jesus is Almighty God Himself in the flesh.
And the Bible ITSELF teaches that God came and dwelt in the FLESH of the Son of MAN who He brought into existence in the womb of the Virgin Mary to be BORN as the HUMAN Son of God.
2 Corinthians 5:17-21.
“Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold, [THE] ALL things have become new.
2 Corinthians 5:18. And (Or more correctly translated, MOREOVER) [THE] ALL things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself by (Or in) Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
2 Corinthians 5:19. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
2 Corinthians 5:20. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be you reconciled to God.
2 Corinthians 5:21. For He has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
So, for Trinitarian Christians to dogmatically demand that Jesus is a pre-existing God the Son.
They argue that God the Son literally BECAME FLESH but remained fully the divine God in the flesh.
And by demanding that Jesus is Almighty God HIMSELF in the flesh is to also demand that Almighty God the Father DWELT in God the Son.
For you see, John 14:10 clearly teaches us that the Father DWELT in Jesus.
And to me, it makes no senses for Almighty God to DWELL in Almighty God.
But it makes PERFECT sense for Almighty God to dwell in His HUMAN Son.
Since I already covered Colossians 1:15-17 in chapter 5, we will move on to another argument refuting the KJV ONLY advocates.

And to me, the truth concerning who Jesus TRULY is, according to the Bible ITSELF, is the Biblical Unitarian view of Jesus.
Once Christians, Jews, Muslims, and even atheists understand the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
