The Hebrew Word “kûn” also Means FIX!
***What Does Jeremiah 51:15 TRULY mean?
Here is Jeremiah 51:15 from the KJV. “He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.”
The Hebrew word that is translated as “established” also means FIXED the world.
God DRESSED the earth again with a garment of vegetation of plants, grass, herbs, and trees after it became without form and void in Genesis 1:2.
And the word that is translated “made”, also means to BRUISE the earth.
Also, the Hebrew word translated as “stretched out” the heaven, could just as easily have been translated as God OVERTHREW the heaven.
Thus, God overthrew the side of heaven that was waging war, causing His ENEMIES to YIELD to Him, in order for Yahweh to sit down together with the Elohim to SETTLE this war in the universe.
In other words, Yahweh OVERTHREW the side of heaven that was waging a WAR against the other side of heaven.
And God BRUISED the earth in His WRATH before the foundation of the world.
And God did that, in order to FIX the world to set it ARIGHT and render it sure, so that all evil will be destroy on the final Day of Judgment to end all war and evil for all eternity.

The FOUNDATION of the Earth is NOT What You Think!
In part one of this series of Verse Studies, we learned the TRUE meaning of what ACTUALLY happened in Genesis 1:2 that caused the earth to exist without form and become void.
And we covered all of that in Proverbs 8:22,23.
If you have not read part one yet, then you can read it either now or later. But I do encourage you to read why I believe Genesis 1:3-31 is God RESTORING the earth for his new creation of righteous humans to inherit, as opposed to church tradition, which teaches Genesis chapter 1 as the original creation of the entire universe.

Here is a short summary of what I concluded in part one as being the TRUE SOUND Biblical God INTENDED meaning.
A more correct meaning of Proverbs 8:22,23.
“Yahweh CREATED me at the FIRST of His WAY, before the performance of HIS works of old, at THAT TIME. (In other words, before Yahweh cut down the earth with a FLOOD in His WRATH, which caused the earth to become without form and void in Genesis 1:2.
And before Yahweh bruised the earth, He devised a PLAN in His MIND of a new King to replace His enemy Satan with a RIGHTEOUS King, in whom He could REST assured that Jesus would not fail Him)
Proverbs 8:23. I was ANOINTED a King AFTER the age of old, BECAUSE of the SHAKING of the head over the earth, that was then.”
In other words, Proverbs 8:23 is a prophecy of Jesus being anointed to become a King over the earth during the age to come, because of the shaking of the head, who was over the earth that was then, speaking of the previous age of the earth.
In John 18:37, Jesus teaches us that, to this end he was born to be the King of Israel.
Now, I always teach my readers that whatever one “interprets” a verse of Scripture to mean, then that interpretation MUST AGREE with every other verse of Scripture in the Bible.
And if even one verse of Scripture, when it is correctly translated and correctly understood, contradicts the interpretation that a person concludes, then their interpretation is NOT the God intended correct interpretation.
So then, to practice what I preach, this series of studies will closely examine all of the verses of Scripture that have phrases in them, which clearly refer to the BEGINNING, when Yahweh laid the FOUNDATION of the earth.
In other words, the foundation of the earth was not in the eternity past, when God originally created the entire universe!
But rather, the foundation of the earth is God restoring the earth that became void and without form during the war during the previous age of the earth.
Here are some examples of the many phrases that we will be covering throughout this series of studies, which will prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that the account in Genesis 1:3-31, is actually God restoring the earth, and not the original creation of the entire universe in the eternity past.
Keep in mind that the verses do not have to be exact phrases, word for word, rather, it is just the key words being in the same verse or same passage of Scripture that we will focus upon.
With each key phrase, I also give the verse reference where that phrase is found in all of the verses having that phrase.
Foundation of the earth.
Psalm 102:25, Isaiah 48:13, Zechariah 12:1, Luke 6:49, and Hebrews 1:10.
Foundation of the world.
Matthew 13:35, Matthew 25:34, Luke 11:50, John 17:24, Ephesians 1:4, Hebrews 4:3, Hebrews 9:6, 1 Peter 1:20, Revelation 13:8, and Revelation 17:8.
Founded the earth.
Psalm 89:11, Proverbs 3:19, and Amos 9:6.
Established the heavens.
Proverbs 3:19, Proverbs 8:27-29, Psalm 89:1-11, Isaiah 45:18, and Jeremiah 10:12.
Prepared the heavens.
Psalm 103:19, and Proverbs 8:27.
Made heavens and earth.
Genesis 2:4, Nehemiah 9:6, Isaiah 45:12,18, and Jeremiah 10:11,12.
Made heaven and earth.
Exodus 20:11, Exodus 31:17, 2 Kings 19:15, 2 Chronicles 2:12, Nehemiah 9:6, Psalm 115:15, Psalm 121:2, Psalm 124:8, Psalm 134:3, Psalm 146:6, Isaiah 37:16. Jeremiah 32:17, Jeremiah 51:15, Acts 4:24, Acts 14:15, Colossians 1:20, and Revelation 14:7.
And since Jeremiah 51:15 stood out to me, I decided to study it first as part two of this series of Verse Studies to learn what actually caused the earth of exist without form and void in Genesis 1:2.
Now obviously, the Young Earth Creationist Christians will dogmatically insist that God intentionally CREATED the earth without form and void in Genesis 1:1.
Then, for the next 5, 24 HOUR days, God FINISHED creating the earth, including creating man of the sixth day.
That is THEIR own personal INTERPRETATION, not mine!
But does the YEC Christian's interpretation AGREE with the WHOLE word of Almighty God?
Let us find out by COMPARING all of the verses related to God making the heavens and the earth.
And then, we will see if their PICTURE or view of the account in Genesis chapter 1, FITS with the REST of the pictures of everything that took place at the FOUNDATION of the earth in all of the other verses of Scripture where God made the earth and established the heavens.
In other words, it will be like in pre-school, where you had to pick the picture, which was not LIKE the other pictures.
For you see, one of those pictures simply did not fit in with what the other pictures were conveying.
Likewise, what we see in the context of these other verses of Scripture, do not fit with God creating the earth.
Rather, the context fits the picture of God bruising the earth, as opposed to God originally making the earth in the very beginning in the eternity past.
With that being said, here is the CONTEXT of Jeremiah 51:15.
Jeremiah 51:10-16.
“The LORD has brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us declare in Zion the WORK of the LORD our God. (This is a prophecy if us in the City of God after we are GLORIFIED.
Yahweh will use His saints who overcome the world as His great CLOUD of faithful WITNESSES to judge the world and also the angels, as in, we will judge Satan, and the fallen angels, according to 1 Corinthians 6:2,3, and Hebrews 12:1,2)
Jeremiah 51:11. Make bright the arrows; gather the shields: the LORD has raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes: for His device, (Or, for His PLAN, speaking of the PLAN that Yahweh devised BEFORE the FOUNDATION of the earth) is against Babylon, to DESTROY it; because it is the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of His temple.
Jeremiah 51:12. Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes: for the LORD has both devised and done that which He spoke against the inhabitants of Babylon.
Jeremiah 51:13. O you that dwell upon many waters, abundant in treasures, your end has come, (Or more correctly understood, the process of ending you has come), and the measure of your covetousness.
Jeremiah 51:14. The LORD of hosts has sworn by Himself, saying, Surely, I will fill you with men, as with caterpillars; (Speaking of God creating man to replenish the earth that became empty of it inhabitants of the previous age of the earth) and they shall lift up a shout against you. (And here is the shout that we, the good and faithful servants or Jesus, will WITNESS or testify against Satan and the fallen angels.
The shout will be our WALKING in the LIGHT, even as our Lord and Savior walked in the light to become our RIGHTEOUSNESS.
We will declare the WORK of our Creator Yahweh saying,)
Jeremiah 51:15. He has made the earth by His POWER, He has established the world by His WISDOM, (Or more correctly translated, He has BRUISED the earth by His power, and He has FIXED the world to SET it ARIGHT by His wisdom, which is Jesus, the salvation of Yahweh) and (Yahweh) has stretched out the heaven by His UNDERSTANDING. (Or more correctly translated, Yahweh has OVERTHROWN the heaven, as in, the God overthrew the side of heaven that waged a WAR against the other side of heaven, by His UNDERSTANDING or the intelligence of His DISCRETION.
Again, wisdom and understanding in Bible prophecy are referring to God's plan of salvation, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the earth.
To say this another way, the gospel of our salvation is the POWER of God to save whosoever BELIEVES, according to Romans 1:16.
And Jesus is the personification or the FULFILLMENT of the WISDOM and UNDERSTAND of Yahweh’s PLAN of salvation, which Yahweh devised BEFORE the FOUNDATION of the world, before the mountains SANK or drowned in the fountains of waters in Proverbs 8:24,25, and Psalm 104:4-6.
And, to me, it was then that God made the some of the fallen angels to become spirits by drowning them in the flood right before the foundation of the earth.
The foundation of the world actually means the DEPOSITION or the DETHRONING of Lucifer from his throne over the PREVIOUS AGE of the earth)
Jeremiah 51:16. WHEN He utters His VOICE, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he caused the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth: He makes lightnings with rain, and brings forth the WIND out of His treasures.”
We see this phrase, “and brings forth the WIND out of His treasures”, again, in Psalm 135:1-14.
So, let us go ahead and read those verses as well.
Psalm 135:1-14.
“Praise you the LORD. Praise you the name of the LORD; praise him, O you servants of the LORD.
Psalm 135:2. You that stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God,
Psalm 135:3. Praise the LORD; for the LORD is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
Psalm 135:4. For the LORD has chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.
Psalm 135:5. For I know that the LORD is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.
Psalm 135:6. Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.
Psalm 135:7. He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain; He brings the WIND out of His treasuries.
Psalm 135:8. Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.
Psalm 135:9. Who sent tokens and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants. (Egypt is a figure of the world, and Pharoah is a firgure of Lucifer, who ruled over the world during the previous age of the earth)
Psalm 135:10. Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings;
Psalm 135:11. Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan: (Sihon means tempestuous, and Og means to gyrate like a paddle wheel stirs up or turns over the water.
God describes the wicked as being like the raging SEA and the roaring waves, according to Isaiah 57:20,21.
In other words, these are descriptions of the fallen kings over the previous age of the earth, speaking of Lucifer and his angels, who left their first estate and followed him to wage a WAR against the other side of heaven.
And Satan continues to deceive this present AGE to do evil and make war)
Psalm 135:12. And gave their land (Or gave THEIR Earth, which they corrupted during the PREVIOUS AGE of the earth) for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel His people. (The name Israel means he shall rule as God or as gods)
Psalm 135:13. Your name, O LORD, endures for ever; and your memorial, O LORD, throughout all generations.
Psalm 135:14. For the LORD will judge His people, and He will repent Himself (Or He will AVENGE Himself taking no pleasure in the death of the WICKED) concerning his servants.”
The main point that I want you to see is that in almost every passage of Scripture that refers to the event of God, making the heavens and the earth, forming the heavens and the earth, and founding the heavens and the earth, are connected to a FLOOD, God's reproof, or some aspect of God JUDGMENT.
So, my question is, why would God’s wrath and judgment be connected with the ORIGINAL creation of the entire universe?
It would not! And that is the point. All of these verses are actually referring to God bruising the earth in His wrath.
And then God fixes to earth to create man upon the restored earth to have DOMINION over the earth.
Also, the other point that the YEC Christians do not address, is that if Genesis 1:1 was the ORIGINAL creation of the entire universe, then why is there no mention anywhere in Genesis of God creating the angels?
But on the other side of the coin so to speak, there are many verses they teach us that the angels already existed.
So, in the next Verse Study in the series of studies, to learn why the earth existed without form and void, we will be taking a closer look at Job 38:6. The TRUE Meaning of the FOUNDATION of the Earth!
Again, please read all of the studies under the subject menu heading called, The PREVIOUS AGE!
For your see, whatever we conclude a verse of Scripture to mean, we must then COMPARE that interpretation against the rest of God’s word to see if our interpretation AGREES with the WHOLE word of Almighty God.
In other words, we need to study every passage of Scripture that have phrases speaking of God FOUNDING the earth.
Therefore, this study on, When is the BEGINNING in Proverbs 8:22,23, is only part of a SERIES of studies that cover related phrases such as we also read here in part two in Jeremiah 51:15.

And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
