I will avoid the ingredient list. You can look at the pictures and I encourage you to add and subtract and make it your own.
I think I plan to do this for all the new recipes (easier for me). It is like a mystery recipe. You figure out what you want to use and how much of it. It makes cooking more personal and something that tastes good to you. You are in the driver seat. My recipes taste good to me. I confess to not having a sophisticated palate.
This is a sauceless dish which means you could be a little heavy with olive oil.
