Two untruths to start - it has egg and I make it with thin spaghetti
Protein: Egg
Vegetables : Carrots, Zucchini, baby Bella caps
Spices : Serrano (julienned) ; garlic ; onions ; coriander leaves
For Sauce: fresh ground pepper, low sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, house sesame chilli sesame oil ; siracha (Wegmans - no additives) ; sea salt
Herb: Coriander
Notes:
The dark color is probably doe to the soy sauce. It darkens when heated. Maybe add at the end (or flavor) or just avoid it
The traditional sriracha sauce has lots of additives. The Wegmans is organic and all natural (according to label)
