This follows my usual pasta recipe with lots of vegetables and herbs. I am growing rosemary for the first time and I love it in my dishes.
Vegetables: button mushrooms. pepper (red), broccoli
Sauce Vegetables : serrano chillies, onions, garlic, plum tomatoes
Herb : Rosemary , Sage (fresh)
Protein: Cannellini beans (cooked, from can, very well rinsed)
Cheese : Wegmans parmesan grated cheese
Butter: - little for coating pasta after it is drained
Oil : Canola (you can use your favorite cooking oil) or oil
Spices: salt and fresh ground pepper
Pasta : Thin Spaghetti (Bariilo)
