I do not like the smell of raw sesame oil. Hence the little cooking involved here.
Sesame oil is the principal oil used for cooking in the southern state of Tamil nadu in India
Notes: (after the fact)
The chillies absorbed a lot more oil than I expected
Dried chillies (Andhra - Indian) and Sesame Oil (Indian store)

Heat saucepan
When hot add chillies
Continue heating till oil starts to bubble and you get the fried chilli smell
Stop heating and move it away from the burner and let it cool
Store in a bottle
