The last term is popular in south India, It represents a simple fried rice dish which is made from a paste made with ground roasteddried chilli, coconut, groundnut, lentil, and tamarind. It is sweetly sour and hot and a favorite for quick food available during travel and temple celebrations.
The pasta is just plain pasta (angel hair) and the Puliyodharai is mainly in the sauce.
