This is a simple dish using left over rice. It my case it is Basmati rice. It could also be the leftover rice from take out orders (Indian/Chinese/Thai). This should be served with another dish for protein (in my case it was Mapu Tofu)
You could also add eggs (boiled/fried,/scambled) and make it a stand alone dish
There are not many images for this dish as I was also making Mapu Tofu simultaneously. It was very busy and harried trying to get them finish together.
The dish is simple. Adding rice when the vegetables are done. During cooking vegetables add salt and ground pepper with each vegetable addition
Servings: six
Vegetables : Carrots, beans, green peppers, peas
Spices: salt (sea salt), ground black pepper, house chilli sauce (see Mapu Tofu), apple cider vinegar, soy sauce (color)
Oil : Sesame chilli oil (house), sesame chilli oil (Wegmans),
Herb: Coriander
Vegetables :beans, green peppers, carrots, peas
Heat pan, when hot add sesame oil
when oil is heated add beans, carrots, and peas
Add salt ,ground black pepper
cook on medium heat, closed
add green pepper
keep stirring
Add chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and stir
Heat rice in microwave sprinkled with water to warm and soften
Add the rice to the pan and stir until thoroughly mixed
Add additional soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce to taste while cooking closed on low heat to keep it warm
Add fresh coriander when ready to serve
