It was originally mushrooms but I had to use the beans because its use by date was expiring
Two servings
Vegetables: Fresh french beans, White mushrooms
Protein: Fried egg
Bread : Wegmans rye (first time). You can use any other read
Dairy : Wegmans Monterey jack cheese slices (you can use what you have)
Butter: Butter spread (I cannot believe its not butter)
Spices: salt and fresh ground pepper, pickled Jalapenos
Sauce: Coriander chutney (you can use ketchup, mustard, sriracha, or anything else)
Notes: I would be more liberal with the coriander chutney as there is so much stuff in the stack that the chutney does not make its presence felt
These are prewashed but I wash them before use
Discard the ends and slice in half
Grill beans and sliced mushrooms
sprinkling salt and fresh ground pepper
The grilled vegetables
You can actually eat them. They taste great. We are going to bury their great taste in a sandwich
The StacK
Butter both sides, and add slice of cheese to each slice of bread
Spread some house coriander chutney on both slices

Stack beans over the mushrooms
and add pickled jalapenos
Stack a fried egg over the mushrooms
The stacked sandwich
