This preparation has no frying
However there are some stored bought spices and sauces that takes of some sparkle off the enlightenment
Two servings
Vegetables: Cauliflower slices, onions
Protein: Boiled egg, one per serving - sliced
Bread : Wegmans farm style slices
Dairy : Wegmans Monterey jack cheese slices
Butter: Wegmans organic unsalted butter sticks
Spices: Pav Bhaji, Chunk Chat (powdered, packaged), chilli powder, pickled Jalapeno
Sauce: Ketchup, Sriracha
Herb : Coriander
Rub: All purpose flour, bread crumbs, packaged spices, salt, fresh ground pepper, chilli powder, grated butter

Toss dry powders and mix well.
Add butter and toss sliced cauliflower
Heat grill and spray oil - flavored is OK!
Press slices in batter and
Grill cauliflower slices separately
Then the flowerets
In a pan heat 1: 2 ratio of Sriracha and ketchup and heat till simmer
Mix well and switch off
Building the Stack
Apply butter spread or equivalent to both sides of the slice
place 1.5 slices of cheese and onion slices
cheese on both bread slices help seal the sandwich
Dip the grilled cauliflower slice into the sauce mixture and place over onion
Add coriander and pickled Jalapeno
Add sliced boiled egg and close
Into the hot grill and spray oil all around
Close and grill till your preferred color
