Call numbers are not assigned to materials in the MERC.
Delete any 050 and/or 090 field(s) from the Alma bib. record and save the bib. record, before saving the Holdings record.
In the Holdings record:
Remove any call number ($$h and $$i) that may be present in the 852 field.
Add the following to the 852 field:
$$z Music Education Resources are shelved by title
In the item record:
In the Temporary Location Information section:
Select the No radio button.
In the Temporary Location dropdown menu, select a white space. You may need to scroll to find it at the end of the dropdown list.
After cataloging, place items on the book truck located near the turntable in Tech. Services.
