今回のテーマの「TIME」は、私の制作ステートメントと広く重なります。 版は「一刻」を体現したものでもあります。 それを刷り重ね合わせたからこそ、そこで発見する新しい形・姿が刺激になります。
私が版で制作が続けていられる意義、版の面白さ、版の魅力を込めてタイトルをつけました。

The theme of this exhibition, "TIME," broadly overlaps with my production statement. This edition embodies the concept of "a moment." By layering prints together you can discover exciting new shapes and forms.
The title expresses the significance of continuing to create art through printing, and the fun and appeal of printing.

自分の内にある、イメージできないイメージを、かたちに描き出すために、版を用いています。 それはある時の断片であり、また一つの手がかりとして、私とイメージに介在する「鏡」でもあります。 版を介して、繰り返し刷り続けるなかで、次のイメージへの可能性を探しています。

About Artwork Techniques
I give form to the unimaginable images I have in my mind in the form of prints. The prints are fragments of a time, clues, and also "mirrors" that mediate between me and the image. By repeatedly printing through the plate, we explore the possibilities of the next image.
