心象的に、決して線引きすることのできない、あるいは線引きしにくい「境界線」には、さまざまな形があると思います。 

移りゆく気持ちの「間」に漂う余韻。 香水の残り香のように、あるいは消えゆく残響のように、目には見えないけれど確かにそこに残るもの。 

そんな曖昧な境界と、そのあいだに生まれる余韻を、形にしてみました。

I believe that boundaries, in our inner perceptions, can take many different forms—boundaries that can never be clearly defined, or are difficult to draw in the first place.

 There is a sense of lingering resonance in the space between shifting emotions. Like the lingering scent of perfume, or an echo gradually fading away, I have sought to give form to something that is intangible yet remains with us.

私は内にある、イメージできないイメージを、かたちに描き出すために、版を用いています。 

それはある時の断片であり、また一つの手がかりとして、私とイメージに介在する「鏡」でもあります。

 版を介して、繰り返し刷り続けるなかで、次のイメージへの可能性を探しています。

I use the printmaking plate as a means of giving form to images that exist within me but cannot yet be imagined.

 The plate is a fragment of a particular moment, and at the same time, it serves as a clue—a “mirror” that exists between myself and the image.

 Through the plate, I continue to print and reprint, searching for the possibilities of the next image that may emerge.
