Boardwalk

A wood boardwalk (sort of a bridge) crosses a section of the Muir Trail just behind the activity building, at the southwestern corner of the North Point Baptist Chruch Parking Lot.   This area is also the northern end of the Meadow Corridor. Runoff water from the parking lot crosses this area to form the Church Stream. The Forest Keepers constructed the boardwalk using reclaimed timber and lumber purchased using funds provided by the Resident's Council's trail fund. The boardwalk is named for what it is.
