This one is not a smoking recipe, it's just a method for grilling salmon. Generally speaking there is always a problem grilling fish, once it starts to cook it starts to fall apart and BBQ grills are widely spaced, this causes a problem. This is not the only way to deal with the issue but it's the best I've found
Potato's are easy, but getting the timing right can be tricky, this is pretty much a fool proof method of getting your potato's cooked on time, every time.
(Pro tip: I like to keep the plate I used to prep the potato's and, at the 10 minute mark, using a brush to re-apply the oil/salt/pepper that sloughed off the potato's before they went on the grill)
5. After the 10 minutes are up (20 minutes total cook time)
Asparagus: Nature's most efficient garlic butter delivery system!
1. Using fresh asparagus remove the bottom ½ to 3/4 inch of the stem (they get woody and chewy at that point)
2. Coat asparagus with oil (Olive!) and give a dusting of black pepper and kosher salt
3. Sprinkle a bit of diced garlic on top
4. Place prepped asparagus on grill and leave for 5 minutes
5. Flip asparagus over and leave for 3-5 minutes longer
6. Remove and enjoy!
Real simple, but real good!
