Winter is kickback and relax time. Your greenhouse should be in full operation for a nice cash flow, plus most of your animals will be generating income, other than the pig. You should be able to finish up the last few things easily in the next few weeks.

Not much to say here, you get a pack of seeds from the foraging bundle, plant them and tend them, or make tea saplings and sell or plant them.
Buy Heaters for your coop and barn to keep the animals happy and producing as you'd expect.
Fishing competition in the middle of the month, catch at least 5 fish to win. Travelling vendor shows up here so check for the cabbage if you still need it.
Night Market comes through in third week of the month, can do deep sea fishing if you wish, out of season seeds can be purchased for the green house, and the travelling vendor is there each night in case you still need the cabbage.
If you've been good to Haley and expanded your house you could have a child by the middle of the month.
