Cream Cheese Icing

Originally made for the Pineapple Coconut Cake, but a great overall icing

Ingredients

  • ½ c butter or 1 stick

  • 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1½ c confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla together until creamy.

  2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar.

  3. Frost cake with cream cheese frosting while still warm.
