Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 Medium sized onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1-2 diced peppers (jalapeno, banana, etc.)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions:

  1. Dice onion and saute in oil until soft. When onions are mostly done add in diced pepper and garlic, then fry a couple minutes longer.
  2. Add beef to frying pan and fry until browned, stirring to break up meat. Salt, pepper, and season according to taste.
  3. Stir soup, ketchup and Worcestershire into meat and bring mixture to a boil.
  4. Spoon beef mixture into greased casserole dish, then pour on enough tater tots to cover mixture. Sprinkle a bit of seasoning salt on top of the tater tots
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  6. Coat tater tots with cheese and broil in oven until cheese has melted.
