Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Medium sized onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 diced peppers (jalapeno, banana, etc.)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Shredded Cheese
- Salt + Pepper
- Frozen Tater Tots
Instructions:
- Dice onion and saute in oil until soft. When onions are mostly done add in diced pepper and garlic, then fry a couple minutes longer.
- Add beef to frying pan and fry until browned, stirring to break up meat. Salt, pepper, and season according to taste.
- Stir soup, ketchup and Worcestershire into meat and bring mixture to a boil.
- Spoon beef mixture into greased casserole dish, then pour on enough tater tots to cover mixture. Sprinkle a bit of seasoning salt on top of the tater tots
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.
- Coat tater tots with cheese and broil in oven until cheese has melted.
