I'm just going to say it, these things are almost pure heaven, rich, decadent, and so easy to make. Note, there is no picture to add to this as it was eaten before I could get one (no regrets).
¼ cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 bag butterscotch chips
4-5 cups rainbow marshmallows
Using a microwave safe bowl mix the butter, butterscotch, and peanut butter together.
Put bowl in microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir to mix
Repeat these steps until the mixture is fluid and creamy, usually only takes twice.
Check the mixture isn't too hot, if it is let it cool down before moving to next step, however don't let it cool too much.
Once you are happy with the temperature dump in the marshmallows and stir to combine.
Dump mixture into a tray or pan that can be covered, put container in freezer for at least an hour to let set.
Once cake has cooled remove it from the tray and cut it up, these squares can be kept in the fridge or put back in the freezer for long term storage.
