Found this recipe online, was a little intimidated by it at first, but its actually super easy, and probably the best fudge I've ever tasted
1½ cups White sugar
½ cups packed brown sugar
½ cup milk
1 TBSP salted butter
1 Cup creamy peanut butter
1 TSP vanilla extract
In a pot over medium to medium high heat pour in both sugars and add butter. Pour in the milk, but don't stir, swish the pot around, gently, until the sugar is covered by the milk.
The sugar will start to bubble and froth quickly, wait until it becomes a full rolling boil, then let it cook at rolling boil for about 2 minutes, but do not stir, let the boiling mix everything up
Remove from heat and add in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1-2 minutes to fully combine.
Pour the mixture into a parchment lined 9x9 pan using a rubber spatula to smooth the top.
Let sit for 2 hours at room temperature to set.
