Near the State Highway 2 and State Highway 58 (Haywards Hill) intersection.
Dry Creek Reserve offers parking, toilets and a horse riding entrance into Belmont Park.
Horokiwi Road entrance - 643 Horokiwi Rd
Horokiwi road itself looks like a good opportunity for a ride as well as being an entry point into Belmont Regional Park. There is a sign at the entry.
Parking may be an issue, and only confident float\truck drivers should consider this entrance. Click here for a map and streetview
This is a forestry style gate with gaps (see above) and horse riders should have no problem riding around the vehicle gate.
