Totara Park is a public park and covers 216 hectares. It has public shared use bridleways, and is also home to the Totara Park Equestrian Centre (TPEC).

7am - 7pm Winter
The equestrian centre houses the Totara Park Adult Riding Club, RDA and Pony Club. Totara Park arena, hall and grounds can be booked for private use or to hold events through the calendar booking system on TPECs website. TPEC DO NOT permit non-members to park and ride on their land.
Trails and Terrain
Mostly open farmland on gentle rolling hills, there are also some short bush trails. The farm track open to horse riders is just 3km long.

Access and Parking
Access to the public bridletrail is from the main carpark on Redoubt Rd (just past the motorway off ramp). There is no separate parking for horse trucks or floats. The parking area does attract some undesirables, so make sure your vehicle is secure.
The equestrian centre is further around Redoubt Rd.
