Some of the smaller nations from South America are a hard banknotes to pass up on. The nations issues have often spiraled down into the hyperinflation chute making the lower denominations much more desirable.  In addition, they're not that common & still inexpensive in high grades.  Also remember to check out the BRAZIL link (below) for amazing inexpensive classic designs from that country.
