Gibraltar:

This British colony (often referred to as the "Rock") is even smaller than the Falkland Islands but boasted a population of 28,000 when my SWPMC was published in 2016. However British, Spain and the colony itself seem to all have a say in the way affairs are run at this strategic site where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. Once again, simply by population (& necessity) high grade Gibraltar banknotes are pretty uncommon, thus making them a great addition to any World currency collection.
