This tiny British overseas territory off the coast of Africa can be hard banknotes to atttain in UNC condition.  With designs featuring QEII, they're issued in very limited (small) numbers & a great buy considering their links to the Commonwealth.  St. Helena is famous for being the island Napolean Bonaparte was banished to live out the remainder of his life. Many collectors seek these as their values continue to rise.
