I have travelled to Costa Rica and experienced the amazing people and pristine environment of this beautiful country first hand. While there, we saw monkeys, macaws, toucans and giant iguanas up close. Their money is just as colourful, vibrant & beautiful as the country's nature. These are great banknotes to have as souvenirs of an awesome trip (I only wish I had more)! Like the issues from the Dominican Republic, banknotes from Costa Rica become quite difficult to acquire once you go back before the 1990's.
