My first taste of this Baltic country was staying at the beach town of Nida and then other historic towns with grand ,imposing castles. Lithuania is a beautiful country with an advanced economy. They had plans to convert to the Euro in 2015 so I got the chance to discover the Litas just before they converted to the Euro. Check out their older designs in Talonas!
