Formerly, communist Yugoslavia, this nation has fought hard to gain its independence from Serbia (see below). Here is an inexpensive, yet attractive European note, collected for its rich designs and country's fascinating history. This 100,000 Dinara features the famous mathematics genius R Boskovic at centre. Now that Croatia has adopted the EURO, these notes have become more in demand.

As stated above, Serbia was once part of Yugoslavia, and has emerged as an independent nation only recently, in 2003 (after many conflicts). The notes have exceptionally intricate designs with VERTICAL back sides (which I've included for you to see). If you would like to get a note from Serbia, it may be a good idea to pick a few up from Yugoslavia as well.
SET of 5 notes (includes the 2011 200 Dinara @ $5.50 for $12.00)
