Non-Serviceable Refund Procedure
All supportive docs. are mandatory for refund such as invoice in PDF format, Serial no, Images of the product and proper video and product details.
After check all supportive docs. Shared by the customer, share the mail for the beneficiary Details Such as:-
* Bank Account Number
* Account Holder Name
* IFSC Code
If a customer has shared the bank details, do not need to wait for the confirmation of bank details with the customer on call, simply proceed with the case with refund.
Fraud Check:- Search the invoice No, serial No, Customer’s contact No, Customer’s E-mail ID and Bank account details on Fresh desk (FD).
Make sure there will be no duplicacy found in the system for refund cases.
Whenever tagging the case for refund, Do attach all the docs including invoice, video, bank details and refund amount in Add Note and in FD properties as well.
For Combo products no need to mentioned the amount for refund.
