Water Drain Issue

A. Probing :-

• May I know whether the hose pipe is in the correct position or not ?

• Is the end of the drain hose guide located at an excessive height ?

• May I know whether the hose pipe is clean or not? If not, I request you to clean it.

• May I know if there is anything stuck in the hose pipe ?
