Troubleshooting:
In case you forget the user password, please use the master password to open the Home Safe.
In case you forget both the user and master password, please use the emergency key to open the Home Safe.
In case you lost the emergency key as well and forget your user and master password please contact lifelong customer care, post verification duplicate key will be dispatched in 72 hours and tracking details will be shared over an email Once dispatched, the key will be delivered in 7 working days.
*For Internal purposes: Emergency keys can be arranged for home safes on a chargeable basis, input needed a 3-digit number on the lock from the customer
In case the Emergency key doesn’t open the home safe, please match the 3-digit number on the lock and on the key, both the 3-digit number combinations should match each other
In case of low battery: both red and green lights are on at the same time. It means the voltage is low, and you should replace the batteries ASAP.
In case, the front numeric panel stops responding:
Please check the batteries by opening the home safe with the emergency key and replacing the batteries

In case the reset button stops responding, please contact LL Customer Support, LLCS will support you with PCB replacement
The key is correct. Please ask customer to use it, it will work.
Below is the logic basis which the key is created.
- get the locker number from customer
- find out the spare key (1-50) basis last two digits of the locker number, if Number is more than 50 (51-100), minus 50 from it and get the last two number and match them with keys last two numbers to get the spare keys for that locker
For example:
1) if locker number is 9134, spare key will be 034.
2) if locker number is 9158, spare key will be 008. (58-50=08)
