Belt heating issue

A. Probing :- 

• May I know since when you are facing this issue?

• May I know whether you are running with shoes or barefoot?

• May I know at what speed you are feeling the heat ?

B. If Barefoot :- Inform customer about the sports shoes while running on the treadmill if customer running on treadmill without shoes then he will definitely facing heating issue. 

C. If customer facing heating issue with shoes 

•  Handling :-
