Treadmill belt Issue

Belt is moving hard – I request you to please apply some silicon oil on the belt of the treadmill.

Step 1: Lift the running belt slightly.

Step 2: Open the silicone oil bottle, spray the silicone oil on the sides of running board, as shown in the following figure:
