Mixer grinder suddenly stops

If the mixer grinder suddenly stops while grinding something:-

A. Probing :-

• May I know how it is happened ?

• May I know you were grinding something hot in the mixer ?

• Was there any smoke and spark came from the mixer grinder? (Motor dead)

B. Handling :-

 I am telling you some troubleshooting steps Kindly try it, if you are near your mixer grinder maybe your product starts working.

• Step 1-First, you need to connect the wire to the socket & turn it on from the main switch.

• Step 2- Make sure that the knob is in off mode.

• Step 3- Flip the mixer grinder you will find a reset button OR Overload protector (OLP) at the bottom side of the mixer grinder which you need to press 2-3 times.

• Step 4-Then try to operate again after a while.

C. If the issue is resolved after following the troubleshooting steps, then - Raise a Ticket and resolve it on call.

D. If the issue is not resolved by the troubleshooting steps, then - Raise a complaint and assist the customer in sharing product details.
